I’ve had an exceptional experience living at Terra Bella. The building management and maintenance aretop-notch. You never have to wait long for them to respond to you if you need something. The maintenance team is very respectful, they do a great job, and they don’t leave a mess. Also, there is constant upkeep of the building and the grounds which I have not found in other apartment complexes,

Great place to live. Very helpful when ever you need something. Maintenance crew is always in spot. I especially love when I run out of coffee you can go to the lobby and make a cup or two. Or the small store up front.

Love living here in this wonderful community. The staff is amazing and always friendly and respectful, ready to help with any questions or concerns.

The staff is so nice and accommodating. It SMELLS wonderful, it’s super clean, feels safe, and the people living there all feel like a large family!

Terrabella is a beautifully kept and well run property. The apartments are lovely and modern, the pool is awesome and the clubhouse is gorgeous! The management/staff/maintenance team is professional yet kind and friendly! It’s a pleasure living here!

The move in process was so easy. My unit is super clean and just what we were looking for and the amenities are awesome. We are excited for the next year!

Just love Terrabella. We signed a new lease starting out 3rd year here. Everything is great. The staff is above reproach. So friendly, funny and very helpful to us Old non techie folks. The couple small maintenance issues we've had was responded to and fixed immediately. Thank you Terrabella you all Rock.

Love this place.Husband really enjoys the grilling aspect. Pool atmosphere is beautiful. Enjoy getting coffee in lobby when I forget to make mine the night before or if I run out. Just starting taking advantage of the gym and I am in love with it. Has all the amenities that I could ever want. People are kind and always pleasant and respectful.

Nice place! The AC is the best in the biz. Front office people are cool and the maintenance people are helpful. They keep the landscaping nice too.

I just moved in a few days ago and the process was seamless! Patricia and Amber are fantastic and helped answer all of my questions. The property is beautiful, clean, and safe. I'm impressed with everything so far and so excited to be here for a good while!

The quality of the appliances are great and really enjoy the amenities that are available. The valet trash service is also great and makes taking out the trash one less thing to worry about.

Recently moved here and have only lived in Jacksonville for 1 year but love Terra Bella, a beautiful community with super friendly people My favorite part is to see how many people come out to use the pool on the weekends and enjoy themselves and each other as neighbors

Terrabella is a lovely, peaceful setting and appears to be run quite well. The grounds, including the pool area are so beautiful and well kept. The apartments are cozy and aesthetically pleasing. I’m happy to be living here!

Terrabella has been the best apartment complex I have lived in! The complex is always clean, not many bugs, the front office staff are so nice, and the maintenance guys are super sweet. Definitely the best!! I will probably never move, until I get a house one day :)

I been here since the beginning, renting an apartment that was never occupied. I have had a huge problem with one type of bug or another. Roaches, Brown Scavenger Beetles, Termites, and most recently a large amount of silverfish. Pest control keeps coming and hopefully with the last treatment I will get some relief. My silverware is in a bucket in baggies, my pillows in large trash bags, etc. This is not exactly the way to be living. I have watched the deterioration of a fairly new building in a short amount of time. It’s too bad because it should be a wonderful place to live.

Beautiful complex, really nice people, and very well done apartments! Such a convenient location and the amenities are the best. I couldn’t be happier here, the people in the front office are very welcoming.

Apartments have a very nice layout and are very spacious and updated. Community is friendly and super nice to sit outside and enjoy. So far no complaints whatsoever!!

If I could rate this place 20 stars I would. I’ve never felt more at home and I’m so grateful for everything that our staff has done for me. Y’all are the best!!

The landscaping has been a problem since I moved in. Now the majority of grass areas are dirt including the patio fronts of all apartments. The excuse for the grass dying was due to dog urine but the irrigation has been off for about a year now. The problem didn’t exist until the irrigation was shut down. Even worse, the exposed irrigation pipes have caused trip hazards everywhere. I can’t believe the owners would be happy with the appearance of the landscaping behind the gates. It is literally 90% dirt around the building exterior. I’m embarrassed to bring people to my apartment.

The application process was very smooth and easy. Amber answered all of our questions and was extremely friendly when we met her. The community is beautiful and clean.
