Property Ratings at Terrace Oaks
Friendly and attentive management. Spacious apartments they keep the outside looking beautiful and they also have social events for the residents. I have been living here a couple of years and have had no problems.
They are respectfully & realize this will be your home. They treat you as a person. Not just a tenant or contract. They have open communication very personable. You are able to approach them with ?'s and concerns,And explain things and inform you on how things go and steps. And plenty of notice of changes. GREAT Place!!!! Quiet, everyone I have mentioned are respectful to each other from tenants to management.
We have resided at this property for several years. We maintain open dialogue with management and maintenance staff. We treat our neighbors with respect. With that being said, the accommodations for our 2 bed 2 bath have been met. These apartments are close to schools, supermarket, freeway, hospital, local libraries, bus line, biking trails, and other neighboring cities.
Friendly customer service, Breanna and Maria , are great customer service all the time, they know us by Name and make us feal comfortable . The apartment maintenance it is always in service in all hours. My family and I being living here for 4 years and that saying something.
Apartment size is great. They are attempting to renovate apartments but bathtub which seems original from 60s never touched just painted. Repairs are slow. Neighbors are also disrespectful and noisy. Management doesn't seem to care
I have been living at Terrace Oak for 5+ years. The community is very peaceful, staff is very friendly and apartments are very spacious. I strongly recommend Terrace Oak Apartments.
Personally Terrace Oak apartments have been the best apartments I've lived in. Excellent location for schools, restaurants, and shopping centers. With Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Maria is an excellent property manager. Always assisting the necessitys of the property. And with an excellent staff. I lived here for 3 years and it was a very peaceful area. I recommend these apartments to any who like a peaceful area.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is not worth it. We are recent renters (2 years, 2016-2018) and their tactics are low and despicable for the following reasons which every potential renter should know: 1. We had a leak in our roof which they only "patched" that continued to leak for the duration of our time there. They finally fessed up they'd have to fix the entire roof and that they just couldn't do that at this time. Additionally, it took a day or two to get them to actually come look at it since the people in the office are only there about half the time (long lunches, let me tell you!) 2. We had our A/C go out twice within two months in late July. It took a week to fix it the first time and another week to fix it the second. Both times it took considerable time just to convince the front office we were actually telling the truth (trying to weasel out of it, of course, telling us to try this or that and then call back when of course they were gone) 3. They stole our security deposit! Upon moving out, we thoroughly cleaned the carpets, walls, and every inch of that apartment to make sure our deposit would be returned to us with only minor holdings. Cue instead the $80 for "carpet cleaning" and $120 for "touch-up paint". Not to mention, they were "withholding for convenience" a utilities bill we had already payed and refused to fork it over! To start, carpet cleaning and painting are required by the state of CA to be the responsibility of the owner, so that was blatantly illegal. On top of that, after weeks of calling both the energy company and them, we finally gave up and never got our energy bill money back. They kept putting us on hold, then disconnecting us, saying they didn't know who we were, etc.etc. It was a shambles. Long story short, do not stay here. It's not worth the time and effort you'll go through just to get simple things done so you can live your life while saving $40 each month on rent. Please heed this warning!!!

I cannot stand these apartments. Been here to long. Management sucks.
I live in a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. There are 4 sparkling pools here. This apartment is close to Stater Brothers supermarket, Rite-Aid drug store, as well as various great restaurants, an elementary school just up the street, and several medical service locations, such as a top notch VA hospital, and a 1st rate medical school, (Loma Linda University Hospital), it is also right on a bus route. The management is very helpful with any problems that might come up, and the security is very good.
Not the best but it works it's something for now my wife stuggle at times to keep up with the rent it's not easy to come up with 1010 every month by the 3 rd
