With four colleges nearby -- North Dakota State University, Concordia College, Minnesota State Community and Technical College, and Minnesota State University Moorhead -- Downtown Moorhead is a thriving, busy urban hub. Downtown hugs the Red River, directly across from Fargo, North Dakota. The Moorhead Viking Ship Park Bike Trail follows the river and is accessible from downtown on 3rd Street. Living in Downtown Moorhead, you get two city centers in one -- Downtown Fargo is just a short walk or drive across the river.
Woodlawn Park, just south of Main Avenue, provides ball fields, a basketball court, picnic areas, and a playground. Other great destinations include the Rourke Art Museum, Viking Ship Park, the Heritage Hjemkomst Interpretive Center, and Riverfront Park. Property Ratings at Terrace on the Green
Excellent floor plans. The unit had spacious bedroom with walk in closets. I love the many closets that the unit have. I also like the separation from the bathroom and the vanity sink.

Everything satisfactory and okay
It's very nice place I have not experienced any theft problems and the place is generally peaceful
Very happy with the staff, I contacted them about a problem in the bathroom and they were here within a hour to fix it.
This is obviously a dated building and overall worth the price of rent offered with all incentives considered, but there are so many little things that I feel might be scaring away the middle range renters that might want something cheap but still comfortable. My unit is updated and very nice, but the outer door and others doors around me look very bad. At first I was afraid of who my neighbor might be, but thankfully I met them and they're okay. Just hard not to wonder when the units appear to be intimidating with slurs and scratches on the doors, etc. Thanks!
