Property Ratings at Terrace on Walnut
I love living at Terrace on Walnut - it's such a beautiful building and my place is great. I have an awesome view, it's close to everything, parking is easy. I have a studio which is small but the big windows, light floors, and white counters/cabinets/appliances make the place so bright and happy. It's a great place to have living room plants! The Terrace is beautiful and great for having guests over when the weather is nice.
The building is new so appliances, fit, and finish are all good. The management is also very professional, they've been accommodating, from property management to ownership. A lot of places downtown have sketchy management and question marks in integrity, but not here.
