I love the peace here, the staff is friendly all the time. I would highly recommend anyone to live here.

Mikell is amazing and attentive to all of my needs. She was very professional while giving us a tour of the property, followed up with us, and provided us with a welcome gift when we moved in. Also Alex (maintenance) is always prompt when it comes to work orders that I've sent in. I'm so glad I decided to make this place my home! I always feel safe knowing that there are security cameras, and it's always quiet and cozy. Definitely recommend!

Though the complex is right off of I-10, it is very peaceful. Apartment staff are always courteous to the residents, and do everything in their power to accommodate what is needed for your stay to be as pleasurable as possible. The communication between residents and staff is clear and understanding. I especially enjoy how you're able to receive and send text messages for times when I am unable to communicate over the phone. My only dislike is that there are only 2 dumpsters in the entire complex, and they are both placed at the entrances of the complex, which in turn, somewhat puts a disadvantage to the residents that reside in the back of the complex. Other than the one disadvantage, Terrace Vine is a great place to reside.

I have lived here for 7 months now, and I have found that the manager is very nice and friendly. I have only met the maintenance man once when I could not figure out the A/C control. My old apartment had a dial control not a digital one. He was very nice and explained how to program my controls. I read the one review where they said every thing was wrong and bad here, That is just mot true. They must have had some serious personal problems or financial problem problems. I have lived in three different apartments and this is the best apartment I have had and has the nicest manager of all of them.

I took a tour of Terrae Vine and I was really impressed. Nice, friendly manager, and the property looked great. The apartment I saw was beautiful. Newly renovated with new appliances, I was ready to move today. But my current lease is not up for 7 more weeks. I hope they have an apartment available for me then.

Maintenance team has been exceptional, Knowledgeable and hardworking before and after Harvey. I've had to call on them occasionally and they've always been quick to respond and resolve me issues.

Very nice staff, well maintained newly updated apartments, nice grounds, no noise and very safe place to live. The manager is very nice and always helps you with whatever you need. She responds very quickly to your requests. The maintenance is very nice as well and this a very pet friendly complex! I recommend this complex to anyone from a single person to a family with kids!

This is an amazing place with amazing people! The manager is great and the community is very quiet and quaint! Would not recommend moving anywhere else but here!

We are very happy with our new apartment! It was very clean and renovated. The appliances were very updated. The apartment manager is a very friendly lady. Our maintenance man is the best. He came to our apartment for a work order and went above and beyond to solve our issue! The complex is very friendly and quiet. They are pet friendly also! I would recommend these apartments for anyone with a family. Great place!!!!

I must say I enjoy living here. Everything is well kept. And when I have a problem as far as the disposal getting stuck because I left an avocado seed , they come right away to fix it. I recommend these apartments if your also looking for something quiet and calm. Rooms are spacious & so is the living room, and the new updated floors are nice, lots of storage & the closets are nice size.Great experience so far.

Been here a couple of months now and so far its been pleasant. Manager is friendly and easy to talk to. The resident portal is easy to use as well for work orders, email etc. It's been a great first rent experience.

I have lived here a year next month will be renewing my lease and have had great experience the apartments are very nice and the lady in the office is very helpful :)

Orange, Tx was a city I knew nothing about before relocating to Texas. However, with my husband's job located in the Lake Charles, La area, Houston was out of the question. We settled here, based on the school district & easy drive to Lake Charles.Our apartment is fully remodeled & the neighborhood is peaceful. The common areas are cared for.The location makes committing to & from Lake Charles a breeze, and not to mention there is a small shopping center within walking distance; which makes good for a quick market run. There are other stores, banks & restaurants close by. Terrence Vine, offers a safe environment for your children to play outside. My child enjoys playing with the other children in the community. I was not sure if public school would be my choice, but I will say I am please with the education provided at Little Cypress Junior high.  Overall, my family & I have been here for five months. The manager is professional. She made our transition easy. I was thousands of miles away when I applied  to Terrace Vine. Maintance, relpy to work orders in a timely manner. Our apartment was not fully ready on the day in which we moved in; but management worked fast to fix what was not finished. There are still a few minor things that needs to be fixed, but we understand management is working to remodel every apartment. Moreover, I will recommend Terrace Vine.

I have lived in my apartment now for only a few months. I had a few issues when I first moved in only because it had just been remodeled and little things were not finished. I had to have my screens put on my windows, filter put in AC vent, and water pipe connected. These were things that were just overlooked but were handled immediately. The maintenance crews are always so helpful to me. They were very courteous and respectful while fixing them. The manager is always friendly to me. I called after hours one day to have her help me turn my heater on (just me not knowing how to operate the electronic thermostat). She stayed on the phone with me until it came on. She was kind and friendly the entire time. Management is doing a great job at making sure everyone is happy and safe in the complex. I also have great neighbors. The complex has undergone huge remodels and updates making the apartments very nice to call home. I would recommend living here to any family or singles, like myself.

Do NOT let their website fool you! The complex is extremely sketchy, stray cats everywhere and the "apartment" was infested with roaches. Apartment was extremely nasty and in need of repair. Thankfully we found a more suitable complex nearby. I wouldn't even give it a "1 STAR" however couldn't post without selecting one.

These are the worst apartments i have ever lived in. Terrace Vine's only concern is landscaping. Iv only been her 4 months and i'm already considering breaking my lease. i have put in so many work orders for my apartment that iv lost count, and none of the repairs have been made. i have holes in the wall, my bath tube has mold, my dishwasher is broken and flooded with mold as well, the closet doors have fallen off the hinges, the pluming is bad. my second month here my air was broken for 3 weeks and i was not compensated for the inconvenience, there is a major bug problem here, ect... along with many other issues with the apartment the new owners are rude. they don't show any concern for the conditions there tenants are living in. they don't show any respect for the privacy of there tenants by beating on the door and walking in as they please. everyone in my building has moved out and i see why. i think its funny how the put notes on the door offering tents $100 to refer someone to move here. i wouldn't refer my worst enemy to move here. i also don't understand why they are so concern with the landscaping because my kids and I don't live outside, we live in the apartments. if they put as much effort into the repairs of the Apartments as much as they do their flowers outside we would be living in 5 star condo by now. what ever you do don't move to Terrance Vine apartments.
