I LOVE my apartment with new flooring and granite counter tops. Miss Nicki in the Leasing Office has been wonderful since I moved in and is always so helpful and kind. Billy, part of the maitenance team, has bee so wonderful!! They truly have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome! There were a few minor things I needed (for example new trash can for valet trash and my air vent needed to be opened up some for a smoother airflow) and Billy came to fix these things the same day!! He is always nice and friendly and gets the job done right! Thank you Terraces for being so wonderful to me and my family!!

“Terraces at Clearwater Beach” is a charming townhouse community with upgraded flooring, kitchen and bathrooms in all the units. Michael from the leasing office was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by showing me the model and a vacant unit and answered all my questions. I actually had a squirrel in my apartment today, there are only 3 air vents in entire apartment so it would be nice to be able to open your windows when it cools off but we have no screens!!! The laundry facilities are always shut down so you aren't able to do your laundry. Unbelievable especially since laundry was shut down most of the summer to add central air and it's down again.

I sincerely apologize for the challenges you are facing but unfortunately, we are unable to address situations of which we have not been made aware. Were you able to remove the squirrel from your apartment? If you are still facing that situation, we can send our service to over to assist you or we will be more than happy to contact an animal trapper to remove it if you contact the Leasing Office. Please be advised that we have screens in stock but haven't received any work orders to replace or install them recently. Feel free to contact the leasing office and we will enter a work order to get that rectified. With regards to the laundry room, we do have 2 on site. We did close the main laundry room for approximately 1 hour this week to replace all the outlets in it as the machines kept tripping the breakers thus turning off the machines. As well, the front laundry room was closed for approximately a month this summer as we had to replace the roof and ceiling. When we scheduled the work, it was supposed to be completed in a week. It was not our intention to close it for such an extended period of time but the process was delayed due to the excessive rains throughout the summer. During that time, our 2nd laundry room was open as was outlined in the notices we sent to all residents. Again, I sincerely apologize for the challenges you have faced and welcome you to contact me directly in the Leasing Office to address them with you. I may be reached at 727.441.3939. It says 835, but you will be paying close to a 10000 per month...they have a lot of hidden fees and very from renter to renter!

I apologize if there was any confusion when you leased your apartment or moved in, but we are very upfront regarding all of our fees including providing every prospective resident with a community information page outlining said fees. As well, we provide all of our approved applicants with a "Welcome Home" letter that once again outlines all one-time fees and monthly fees that the resident is responsible for during their occupancy here at the Clearwater Oaks.
