Last year at this time, this was a beautifully run building. After May a new management came in, one who doesn't care about the residents, only about collecting rent. Upkeep went way downhill.

Thus, we are currently undergoing extensive renovations and upgrades to appreciably enhance your living experience. We apologize that some of these improvements can be messy and take time, but we are working diligently behind the scenes to address all potential upkeep and daily workplace issues.
