Terraces at Summerville

5/5 stars--I've been a renter with Terraces at Summerville since 2020! Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The staff at Summerville are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. I feel so lucky to live here! I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers. Would (and have) recommended Terraces at Summerville to many friends moving to the area!

I have had no issues with my apartment. If I have needed help, the response is fast! Great staff & place to call home!

The staff is always helpful and attentive when needed. I have lived here for 6 months now and they have been updating things that needed to be done a long time ago. New floors in the hallways, pickle ball court’s, new patio flooring and so much more. The one thing I like the most is they take the time to keep the property clean. Very much recommend community!

I have lived here for about a month. If it’s not the cockroach infestation, it might be the broken toilet that spews out water or every faucet in the unit that’s broken. It could also be the broken storage units and possibly not the leaking AC that leaves a pool in your apartment every single morning. Now we can’t forget about the drain flies or the fact that management doesn’t reply to any request. It’s a good thing we have an operating pool that is always closed or a leasing office that can never be reached or opened. That’s not even getting started on the dumpster that’s always over full and trash that’s just left around it. I wouldn’t complain about the daily shut offs of water, because then the dripping stops temporarily. The bedroom light switch does not work for any apartment unit. It smells horrible. Go ahead and talk to anyone walking these premises. They will tell you it’s a nightmare that you should run. It should be illegal to rent out this place, I would be surprised no homeless have squatted here but if it wasn’t for the hefty fine of waiving the lease I’d be living on the street as an upgrade. P.s Some of the neighbors are actually really nice!

Don’t stay here….mainly because of the Roaches! Never had an issue before and pool is always broke. Apt needs to updated! Rent high and they constantly mess with the water. Plumbing sucks. Apt Walls are thin. Non residents have access to the building smh what’s the point of the code on the door if anyone can enter

I lived here for a couple of weeks now. Nice community but the walls are thin! I can hear my neighbors whole conversation! A pest issue but hopefully I can fix that. The hallway carpet is really bad with burn marks from cigs and stains which makes the Apts look bad. I took my mom on a build tour and I was quite embarrassed when I walked on the first floor. They just need to keep it clean or replace it. Add more cameras because it’s an issue with loitering and it can make me feel uncomfortable at times. Even my moma didn’t like. She said we need more security because of the loitering but hopefully they look into that. Oh and the plumbing here is not great. I had to put in three maintenance request for the same issue. I don’t think I would recommend only because it still needs improvement and the rate is too much for this quality. If you do decide to stay here ask for a walk through of the apt complex. Do not just see the model unit! The model looks way better

This apt complex has so much potential if they just take care of it . The hallway carpet is always dirty with stains everywhere it even smells like mildew. I been staying here for a few months and they haven’t cleaned the carpet once. Roaches are in my apt and they are in the hallways especially the big ones. I don’t even want to invite people over because of this! You have to ask to be on a list for your apt to be sprayed but it should be mandatory. I feel Like that would help control the pest. Pool is never working. Oh and my balcony paint was chipping I mean badly. I had to put carpet over it So it can look presentable. Water fee is ridiculous. I do not recommend! Really disappointed

Place is infested with roaches. Management “claims” they got a new pest control company but it’s the same one. Manager is also rude and unprofessional. Stay away if you can!

I love how friendly the staff is and how helpful the maintenance people are!

This apartment has a terrible property manager, Lataya. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I applied here and basically wasted my money. She never answered the questions I asked if her and on top of that she was extremely rude on the phone with an attitude that is way over the top. They never pick up the calls and on top of that they never get back to you even though they say they will. Do not stay here, or you will have to deal with some very unprofessional manager/ workers. Janay, the previous manager was very polite and much more cooperative, now the new manager is totally unfit for the job as she does NOT understand the meaning of patience and customer relationships. I would highly advise buyer to stay away and reconsider. Plus, there’s a terrible cockroach problem in the first floor of apartment, pest control doesn’t have a practical effect on it, but that is what they will tell you.

Great experience moving in. First night in the apartment was as I hoped. Quiet and relaxing. Had a great talk with new neighbors. Feeling good about my choice to live here.

Great location close to pretty much everything in Augusta. I work and play in Downtown Augusta so I love how convenient it is.

I’ve been here 2 months out of a 3 month contract, and I regret ever coming here! It was booked as a corporate/fully furnished all inclusive rental, for a short term rental. It was not ready upon arrival...cable not hooked up, internet not working, very poor lighting, low quality furniture. Upon inspection and filling out the move in forms, I noticed there wasn’t even a smoke detector in the apartment. There are bugs every day in the kitchen, despite plugging the sink and the ultrasonic pest thing they installed in an outlet in the kitchen. My dishwasher/washer/dryer flooded the kitchen, now twice. The ice maker stopped working. I’ve only been here for 2 months, and it seems like the maintenance guy has been here at least 6 times...and on my day off for like every few weeks. I’m so sick of it here! I feel like I should get some of my money back for all of the inconveniences that I’ve had to endure! Avoid these apartments at all cost!!!

I must say I’ve been here for a while now and I am IN LOVE!! This has truly become a place that I can call home! If there’s anything that I ever need the office staff are always willing and helpful! The court yards are amazing and have become a place to here I can relax and enjoy the scenery! I recommend this place to anyone who asks! :)

I must say I’m extremely satisfied with my experience here . They provide very comfortable living at a great price. Also the staff in the leasing office is very helpful and friendly. I Always see smiling faces when I’m visiting the office. Making my stay here that much more pleasant. I would definitely recommend leasing with this complex. :)

These apartments are really beautiful since the remodel. ALOT has been updated and I’m truly satisfied. The staff is willing and eager to help no matter the issue! Love it here!

Roaches everywhere, management doesn’t care about tenants overall experience, no soundproofing, and will charge you fees for absolutely everything. Don’t get caught up with the move in specials, it’s not worth the overall experience you will have on a daily basis living here.

I have used foggers, I spray and put down powder constantly and there are still roaches everywhere. The new management required a mandatory 3 months of spraying every apartment for bugs and still there is a huge problem. I can't go into the kitchen or bathroom without seeing roaches.
