Property Manager at Terraces at Glassford Hill, Responded To This Review
Thank you! We truly are happy to help! We are so glad that you have decided to make The Terraces your home and we look forward to doing everything we can to continue to make your experience here great!
Awful repairs done(quick repair) to make it look decent for people to move in, then it falls apart, everything does, shower, dishwasher, washer dryer, I they don’t answer phone calls and voicemails, I had to go in and ask someone and they told me they don’t miss calls, so full of it, sent in a maintenance request, for the cheap carpet they put in , with NAILS sticking up though it, they haven’t sent anyone and it’s been over 4 weeks and still counting, would never recommend, so many other options to choose before here. Wish I did.
Property Manager at Terraces at Glassford Hill, Responded To This Review
We are so sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. It is always our goal to provide excellence as well as speedy repairs. I apologize if something was missed in any repairs made to your shower or appliances. We would LOVE the opportunity to take care of all maintenance issues you may have, Please come in or call our office at your convenience. We do receive a high volume of calls daily but always do our best to answer each call. If we have someone in front of us or otherwise miss a call we do respond to voicemails as quickly as possible. If your maintenance request has not been addressed we would like to assure you that is not our standard practice and all maintenance requests are handled in order of priority but we do our best to complete all requests as quickly as we can. We did go through a transition of ownership roughly 4 weeks ago and it's possible a service request may have been missed, Please let us know how we can further assist you and hopefully turn your experience into a positive one. We strive to make The Terraces a great place and want all our residents happy with their decision to call this home.
We just signed a lease for our second year at The Terraces. The office people are friendly and always answer any questions we have. Maintenance has resolved all concerns in a timely manner. The pool, lounge area, computers, and gym gives us all the extra amenities we could possibly want. Also enjoy and appreciate the extra effort made by LILY and the ENTIRE staff to put on get togethers for special occasions.
My husband and I moved into the Terraces almost a year ago and absolutely love it. The views of Prescott Valley and Mingus are so beautiful. We have never had any issues with neighbors or noise. Everyone in the community, including staff, are very friendly. The apartments are a bit more expensive than some may prefer, but your paying for luxury, and honestly, it's worth every penny. The units are very nice and spacious; we were very impressed when we finally saw the inside. We're kinda bummed knowing we will eventually have to leave!
From the beginning, I knew there would there would be trouble. My first day, I had to fight with the leasing manager Linda just to get the keys to my new apt! From that day forward every concern we had, was met with rudeness and being dismissed by Linda. The rest of the management was pleasant. We had to fight for months just to get one problem fixed. In the end we were made to be the bad guys. The apt itself wasn't bad but , we were paying more than it was worth. The grounds are kept up but only were you can see from the parking lot. The cabinets in the apt were granite tops on particle board cupboards ( very cheap). The gym is so small as is the pool area. Speaking about the pool, the rules state no admittance after 10 pm but trust me....there are pool parties and cannonballs being done at 1-2 even 3 in the morning. The security guard is so old he can't even walk, plus he spends his time sitting in the pool area sleeping or on the computer. Every night I saw the police there....it's a gated community, you would think it would be safe. Guess not! I would never recommend this place!!
i have lived in the Terraces for over 2 years and it's a nice place to live! Very friendly staff and neighbors!
This is the second apartment I have ever rented and have to say it has an awesome resort feel to it. These are truly luxury apartments and I do enjoy living here.
