Peaceful and family oriented community. Respectful neighbors. Maintenence responds in a timely manner and appears to stay on top of things with the issues I have had. I feel safe here, with the exception of mailbox break-in and a catalytic convertor stolen from my vehicle.

New management has improved community upkeep. Community appears cleaner. Fitness center though needs am upgrade of machines and equipment for it's old and not in proper working order.
ok experience so far. Kids have a courtyard to play around. There is a gymnasium and swimming pool. The patio area is big for our floor plan.
Overall good gated community place to live in. Good Maintenance, Good Front office, Gym, Kids play park and parking. Scope for improvement to conduct community events from Terrazzo leasing team.

Trash has not been picked up since Thursday. this is very disappointing as a residence. and you are charging $30 for that, if it happens next time we will keep it as it is in front of the door.

We landed Terrazzo Apartments last week since my kids school is near by. Overall it`s Ok, still there were some improvements are really needed. If you would like to stay here, before you are coming better complete all the formalities like Gas, Energy and Broadband. So that it will be easy to check-in to your house.

My experience at Terrazzo has had its ups and downs. The community has great potential, but there were several issues during my move that impacted my satisfaction. Maintenance tasks, such as painting, were delayed, which affected my move-in experience. Pest control issues, which were a major reason for my move, were not fully addressed before relocating. Additionally, I encountered significant problems with water pressure; it was low in the bathroom faucet and nonexistent in the shower. Even after addressing the pressure issues, I experienced water leakage under the kitchen cabinet and issues with the kitchen faucet, which only dispensed hot water. The lack of a rent adjustment for the ongoing maintenance was also disappointing. With improvements in timely maintenance, comprehensive pest control, effective resolution of water pressure issues, and better communication, Terrazzo could greatly enhance the living experience. Addressing these areas would contribute to a more positive and enjoyable stay for residents.

Currently living here, everything is great, and any necessary repairs are handled quickly. The house I live in doesn't get direct sunlight in the summer, so the indoor temperature is very comfortable.

I shifted here in terrazzo 3 months ago and it has been more then 15 service request I have already raised for multiple issues like cockroach,snake, broken things.. so far the experience with terrazzo mantainace and management is not good for me

My only issue, but critical one, is the poor move out experience where I received very late (2 months after my move out) and low refund (still chasing over email to get it corrected like unnecessary repair charges, $290 for tub resurfacing, and prorated rent of $100 when I did not stay even 1 day extra etc). This incident has really marred my experience of living at Terrazzo. The only positive is the friendly people living here.

This complex is filthy, is infested with all sorts of roaches. It doesn't matter how much you clean. They have one trash compactor for the entire community and the trash smell is awful. Both Maintenance personnel and office staff are rude and not professional. They flatly ignore work orders, you can never reach them and they don't respond your messages. Noisy, messy, smelly and nasty. Can't wait to get out of here once my lease is over!!!!! Negative stars

I moved yesterday. The dishwasher didnt work. When I ask in leasing office the response was that they will try to fix it by Monday. As they also wash their vessels by hand they want me to wash in my hands and they dont want to fix it. The dishwasher started leaking and left my kitchen floor wet. The apartment was not in condition when I turn on dryer it was throwing hot air and dust all over the pantry. I didnt get good experience on move in. Shower is not working too. A simple checklist would have made my move in experience good

When moved in, the first night I noticed A/C high pitch noise. I raised my concern to the office and maintainable team and now two weeks later the A/C high pitch noise is still there. I have lost so many night of sleep and the process to get this concern fixed sounds long. If A/C high pitch noise is fixed, Terrazzo is a great environment to live. Otherwise, roll the dice see how lucky you are in getting a apartment with no such noise.

I would Never recommend Terrazzo unless they wanted the school districts.And even the Leasing office only displays the same wooing people with school districts as their billboard.The buildings are old and too many maintenance issues.Lawn care is never there and its a mess.

Very bad experience with the community staff. I am waiting almost 3 weeks to get my apartment keys. They don’t know when it will be ready. I keep hearing, we don’t know when the vendor will complete the work. not sure what kind of vendor they have chosen. I hear words like “NO” we cant help you for anything we ask like provide a garage until the keys are given. I told I will pay in advance if you want. Almost lost 1500 plus dollars because of poor staff. we will have financial and stress once we start speaking with staff. Staff is trained to say to BIG NO for everything . No humanitarian ground. Neither they are interested to go back and speak with management in the worst times. Hope some one from greystar is watching. DAVE please don’t write a comment saying reach me if you need help. I mailed you almost one month back, did not even hear thing from you. Make a habit of at least responding to people when they mail you.

The apartment interior is very nice and very spacious! Ive had no problems since Ive been here. I wouldnt recommend this complex to single people and especially people who work from home because there is children everywhere and it seems like they never go inside. The apartments also make a lot of noise maybe old pipes or something

Worst community seen ever. Maintenance team close requests without fixing. Leasing office team is very rude.
