Horrible
I would not recommend this place to anyone, the place has rats and roaches, the landlord is money hurry and care nothing about the building or people living in, I lived there for two an a half years, I could not wait until my lease was up, the landlord would not let me out my lease so when the time came I was out, since than the place has became more of a dump than what it already was, drugs, and drunks hang'n out in the lobby and stairways, the elevator is a piece of junk that breaks down all the time, but each year the landlord goes up on the rent.

I rent a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Patchogue Village. The location is perfect to anyone who does not have a vehicle. It is fully carpeted. There is a laundry room also.
