Property Ratings at Teson Garden
My car was broke into twice right infront of the camera that sits on the building.The police tried to contact management & got no response.I called myself & got no response.Someone just stole one of my neighbors cars.I don't feel safe parking my car here.
Me and my husband signed a lease here in January and we’re ecstatic. This is a great area and overall great complex, nice neighbors and good apartments maintenance is quick. HOWEVER, me and my husband came into this apartment being told that this was a smoke free complex. It is not, I have severe asthma so that was a big deal for me , the smoke has effected my health and we have been in contact with the property manager since MAY and they’ve assured us we’d be placed in another unit it is now august and the last we’ve gotten a response from them is the end of June. Nothing has been done. We have been reaching out to break our lease, and can’t get ANYBODY on the line on all 3 phone numbers we have. I really wish this could have played out better. If you have health conditions and smoke severely effects it, this is definitely not the place for you.
The only thing good about this apartment is the fact that it’s close to the main highway . Also the maintenance man bill is EXCEPTIONAL I’ve always loved him ! The cons are the property manager JAQUELINE . She is absolutely terrible !! She doesn’t ever answer her phone if you need anything but don’t let the rent be late I’m sure you’ll hear from her & she’s very rude . Very unprofessional . When you go above her head the actual owner KEITH . Doesn’t care either . They are ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend .
I got approved for this apartment was asked to move in 5 days early before the first only to be asked to pay a deposit of $250 I paid it after it said I was accepted well at the signing of my lease I was asked to pay $504 so I was like ok just as I was about to sign I was asked to pay first month rent after the first I’m like why y’all didn’t ask me to move in on the first & then they tell me I have to pay more on the deposit but wasn’t explained to me the full deposit after being accepted I didn’t sign anything & was told by Jacquoline they were moving on to different applicant avoid this complex very shady it’s been two weeks & I still haven’t gotten my $250 will have to call a lawyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This apartment gives you more than you expect. Great size bedrooms, updated kitchens and baths Plenty of closet space. Basement has a hookup for washer and dryer and additional storage .Only 4 units per building. Close to everything . Restaurants ,parks, colleges, grocery stores, banks, shopping mall,and highways. It's also located in the hazelwood school districts. Don't miss out good price for budget minded.
