Right outside of Fort Worth and only about 45 minutes from Dallas, North Richland Hills is a large suburban community that has developed a local character independent from its larger neighbors. The local schools are excellent, and numerous family-friendly activities make it a terrific option for anyone with children.
In the summer, NRH2O Family Water Park is one of the most popular attractions in town, and hockey games at NYTEX Sports Centre draw big crowds in the colder months. The city has a robust arts community, including the Art in Public Spaces Program which has supported art installations all over the community since 2002. Dozens of different public parks around town give everyone easy access to open-air recreation.

Nice and easy shopping and quiet neighborhood 14 years later love it.
The property is quiet and clean with the exception of the dumpsters...people overfill them and then just dump trash on the ground.
If your ok, living with roaches move here. The leasing office didn’t help or seemed concerned. As I moved in I noticed roaches. I went to grab combat, raid and boric acid, Nothing would stop them.
Great little community. Highly satisfied.
Their loving and caring and make u feel like a part of the family from the start.
It's seems like a nice quiet complex and the rent is a good rate. They also help where other complex would turn you away because you rental or credit history isn't perfect.
Loved the professional staff. Enjoy the clean & friendly community at Hilltop!
Corina and Reuben are very friendly and professional. The property is kept clean and well lit.
Looking forward to calling Hilltop my new home. Brittany was very helpful, quick to respond and an absolute gem. The online application and leasing options made it very easy to find my new home.
Apartment is close to everything. Only bad thing is the noise from the construction next door.
They have the most respectful management and office personnel and their maintenance is always going above and beyond
It' a very nice complex and the staff are always friendly.
YES
I am quite comfy here and office staff as well as maintenance are prompt, courteous, and helpful.
We have and will recommend Hilltop because of it's professional management as well as it's location, close to everything!
Quick easy paperwork friendly and fun simple and fast for sure definitely when you need a temporary place to stay. Thanks again
Very clean property, also very quite. I have lived here one year and definitely renewing my lease.Ms.Loren and Ms.Cornia are always so very nice and willing to help.I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!
Great area to live a little more trash than what I’d like to see on the complex but overall nice.
One big draw back is the parking situation and that we pay for spots but can't always use them cause other people patk there or have visitors park there and the amount of handicapped parking is not very many. The maintenabce is another concern to us and people we may recommend the complex to. Even though the bark park is not great and we have even had to correct it ourselves before it is still a big plus to the complex.
The Boys are always professional and quick to respond, they are still waiting on parts for the fire place and I believe for the restroom circuit that blew out. Highly recommend the HillTop apts.
the most expensive, the least caring staff ever seen.
I've enjoyed living here for the last three or so months, but I have some sort of animal or a family of animals living in my roof that I have asked to be addressed since the first week I moved in and it has not been remedied. I hear them at night scratching and walking in the roof above my bedroom, and now there is pieces of dry wall falling into my apartment from the critters clawing at my ceiling. At this point, I can't wait for my lease to be over.
My husband and I have lived here almost 3 years and it used to be great. The management that came in during 2016 has been terrible. The staff is rude and don't care about anything and it will take forever to get maintenance to fix anything. Try going without a heater in below freezing temperatures and can't get ahold of anyone until over 24 hours later and when you do, they still take their time getting someone out to you and dismiss you like it's nothing. The pool doesn't open until mid July and only stays open a few weeks. You have to pay for covered parking (which is not uncommon) but they repeatedly park their golf cart in spots that WE PAY FOR so that when we come home from work or the store, we don't have to leave our cars in the heat or whatever weather. They keep making ridiculous policies and will charge you for every little thing but as soon as you need something, forget it. Moving out of here in 2 month on a not so pleasant note.
Nothing ever gets done, the water is backwards and nobody cares to help with any problems that you have. I hate this place, the people are rude and are liars and dont have any regard for treating people with respect. DONT MOVE HERE!
Poor management, poor staff!!! They don't know how to manage the place, they don't care about the residents....esp. when u need something to get it fix right away.... You'll have to contact them 10 times for them to get someone to fix it...it'll take a month which is ridiculous!!! They are fake! Rude! Liars! Don't recommend anyone to move here. Glad im outta here next month. Sick & tired of it.
I asked 2 months ago I need my A.C checked. No response and I took pictures of the Monitor to show its set for 65° but it's gage is at 85° in the state of Texas at night. Then they have the nerves to ask me do I want to extend my 6 months lease NO NO NO. I refuse to keep living in this OVEN. Office managers are no help at all. Liars that's it. If you can read this it's better for you to pay more elsewhere and be comfortable then to suffer like I am in these hotboxes. Don't do it! I wish this website offered a half star because it's not worth a full one.
This could be a great place to live. But too many unsupervised kids and the new management in 2016 does not complete maintenance requests. I wrote a front and back page request in office after calling a few times about the same issues. Months later and still not one item addressed. The pool just opened last weekend and it's July 21st. I called today about an issue that I thought needed attention and the leasing agent actually laughed on the phone. I guess because I speak up and I've put in my notice to move after only being here one year they don't feel the need to be respectful. By the way the maintenance requests were way before my decision to move. They just don't care. It's too bad because they could be great but customer service is non existent.
Great place to live. Friendly and honest neighbors.
we lived out of state and our college student lived in the complex.
