Marie and Vivian are very helpful and friendly. We have lived here for almost a year and are definitely renewing our lease. So close to everything in Naples.
Apartments infested with roaches, no parking, terrible maintenance service, rude and incompetent office staff. This complex for many many consecutive years is notoriously known for being awful and quite frankly abusive to their tenants. Lived here 4+ years. The dog spa is locked half the time, the whirlpool is poorly maintained, the bark park is never clear and unsanitary, the pool is used by anyone in the city and not exclusively residents. Extremely misleading average review rating. Please please do more research.
I've lived in this community for over two years and cant wait to move out! TGM Bermuda Isle office staff are horrible! They do not communicate when it comes to having things done to your apartment. The service people are horrible and cancel your service request without fulfilling them and mark them as complete when they clearly we NOT! This place is horrible. Very corporate and treats residents like another number. Highly recommend NOT to move here.
the office staff and maintenance people are wonderful! We just moved here from out of state and I could tell you that living here has absolutely made the transition so much easier. We are so happy! The apartments are beautiful, and this is a great place for dog owners. Hope to see u here! Meryl M.
Absolutely the worst place I have ever rented from! Management is a joke, Vivian lost our money order for rent, then after we were out $60 due to having to pay to have the money order tracked she finds the money orders. This after having to come up with another $1700+ so we weren't evicted. She calls both me and my boyfriend and accuses us of "playing games", she told me on the phone " I bet you won't come to the office and talk to me..." After standing in the office with nothing being accomplished we contacted "corporate" twice a day for at least a week, no one would return our calls and the manager "Bobby" was always out of office then on vacation. Here we are moved out of there over a month later and still having to deal with this trash of a company. I would NEVER rent from these fools again, by far the most unprofessional management company. Maintenance is another joke, the master door split in two after about a month of living there and they ran STAPLES down the door, did not replace the door, they didn't have any doors and would order us one...a year later and the door still had staples in it. Faucets always leaked, even after they came in and "fixed" the leaks. The property was always gross, mold growing all over the buildings, side walks and trash all over. When touring the place they make sure to take you right to the building right up front that is maintained enough not to notice all the crap around the place. STAY away from this place!

When my fiance and I first started looking at this place, we loved it. Cool amenities, newly remodeled rec area and apartments, nice staff, etc. We now have been here for 10 months and the management has absolutely proven itself to be what all these other 1-star rating say: HORRIBLE. Trying to find a garage near your place? They'll take days to respond. Happened to me, and I missed out on a garage in my same building because it was taken literally in the time that I was trying to reach out to them and was getting ignored. I now walk 3 buildings over to get to the garage. Trying to renew a lease or talk about options to stay? Forget it, they won't answer emails, probably don't even look at them! After sending a lengthy email complaint about wanting to live here but struggling with their management, WE GOT NO RESPONSE. AT ALL. And it was to the main lady working there, VIVIAN. They DO NOT CARE about you. Don't trust them. And do not give them your money for a cockroach-infested apartment that you are paying wayyyy over priced for. And if you get sucked in, good luck getting out!

The worst place ever!!! If i could i would give 0 stars!!! The buildings are old, there are COCKROACHES, RATS, ANTS and many more things everywhere. The faucets in bathrooms and kitchen are LEAKING and they won't fix it even after many maintenance requests. Mold in the bathrooms covered with white acetone paint the smells terrible. THE WORST IS THE AC. The AC is not cooling, after many email to the management office and countless visits from the maintenance guys(they had no clue what the issue could be, giving us some stupid explanations(like you live on the 3rd floor and have your blinds up to the other guy forgot to turn the switch back on). After 4 months of dealing with this every single day problem has not been fixed yet. The temperature in the unit goes over 80 and its not fun. Not counting that we have a little baby and every time the crew members come to try to fix the ac and leaving mess behind and being loud and listening music while working although our warnings to keep quiet?!?They gave us some portable air conditioner to use, but the electricity bill tripled. The trash is overflowing. No gates, people not living in the community coming to the pool and walking around. NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE. So DISAPPOINTED. STAY AWAY. For the same money you can live in a nice apartment and better location. Unfortunately we had no choice and had to rent in the last minute. I regret sooo soooo much.
Super quiet community, other renters are polite and respectful. The leasing office staff are helpful and friendly. Great location and prices are affordable!

The office staff is filled with scam artists and Liars! Avoid this place! The office staff are bullies and scam artists. They started off nice and helpful but quickly became rude and condescending. We were considering an apartment and put a deposit because we were told multiple times we had 3 business days to get the deposit back. When we told them, we wanted to get our deposit back due to finding a better apartment for less money, they refused stating it was 48 hours to request a refund. Not only that, they were extremely rude, condescending, and lied about what was said. When confronted with email proof, they doubled down on their position and continued to lie and make things up. Very suspect! The apartments themselves are rundown and filthy. The walkways are disgusting, covered in dust, old gum, and other trash. The inside of the apartment was rundown. There were holes in the doors and walls that someone made a poor attempt to cover up in hopes that new tenants wouldn't notice. When brought up to the staff, the staff member dismissed it. There was an infestation of bugs in the bathroom. When told, the staff member rolled his eyes and said, "pest control comes on Wednesday". Unless you want to overpay to deal with scam artists and live in a revolting apartment, look elsewhere!
I have been living in this complex for 5 years so far, but that's done for me. I decided not to renew my lease again with these guys. Through out this years I have seen how the service, the management, the amenities, and the conditions of the complex has evolved from acceptable to unlivable. First of all, the prices of the rent go higher every time you renew it 100 or 150 dollars, they never consider if you are being with them for some years, they are only interested in making money, many services have been eliminated as the cable, garbage collection and they still charge a bill something related with this. They only have a trash compactor and in my case is all the way to the opposite side of the complex. It takes for them a lifetime to make any improvement of the place like the new sidewalks that were making for almost 6 months where you couldt take a walk out. If you have any issue in the apartment as a detached door, leaks of air conditioning equipment, it takes forever for the maintnence team to come to fix it and if they did it you have to ask them to take a look at what they did, cause is not well done for sure. Lastly my microwave broke and stayed like that for almost month and a half and despite i went to the office several times, they didnt care about it, saying ok...will do it will do it, and dont give you a reduction in any payment at least to compensate for the hassles. And of course they are ready and try to charge for the minimum as a broken shutter, a mark on the window from the hurricane, anything. I am done with these guys. Is better even to buy that throw your money to garbage with its astronomical prices for such a bad commnunity.
PROBLEM WITH A/C TOOK MONTHS TO REPAIR???? GARBAGE PROBLEM
I am a professional who rented at Bermuda Island with my 2 dogs for 4 months while my home was being built. While management did put in new bathroom flooring and carpet, the apartment was dated. I left the apartment without so much of a nail hole in the walls and went to pick up what I thought was the return of my deposit only to find that they were keeping my deposit and trying to Bill me an additional $400. Did my dogs ruin the new carpet you ask?? NO! They are billing me for replacing an old blind that there was nothing wrong with, 4 drip pans for the stove that was never used and an outrageous lease termination break fee and final utility billing. I was out of the apartment a full month before I had to be and left it in better shape than what it was when I moved in. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR RENT FROM A BUSINESS THAT IS ETHICAL AND HAS UPDATED APARTMENTS.
I love the location and the schools we are zoned into, but these tiny units and the amenities are not wiorth the price.
I completed the application with every intent to move in. 3.5 weeks prior to move in date I lost my job and was unable to move in. I requested the deposit to be refunded and the response from the corporate office was "We are in the business of making money and we do not return the deposit" Needless to say there is a waiting list for this community and the company had nothing to lose. I didnt mind them keeping the applicaiton fee. They are getting rich from peoples unfortunate circumstances. Once I return to work I will NOT move into any of their properties. Nor will I recommend anyone to their facility.
These apartments are very nice and clean. I did not see anything wrong with this apartment complex.
