Property Ratings at TGM Creekside Village
I don’t write reviews but this one was earned. Everyone in the office was rude besides Adrayan. If you need something from them prepare to wait weeks at a time and constantly follow up. When it comes to looking for any reason to evict you they will not skip a beat… it’s like they live for it, you know the type. Staff always had an attitude towards my father and I for no reason. And don’t bother cleaning your apartment on your way out because they take your security deposit no matter what.
Property Manager at TGM Creekside Village, Responded To This Review
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. It's important to us that all our residents feel respected and heard. We apologize if this was not the case for you. We take your concerns seriously and would like to discuss this further, so please reach out to our leasing office.
I’ve lived here for 3 years and I will not be renewing once my lease is up. The apartments and neighborhood are great! I love the area, but customer service is terrible. The leasing office and management could care less about the residents. They have 1 maintenance man because they go through multiple in a year. The elevator rarely works, kids steal from your ledge outside your apartment, they pee in the elevator and all over the walls, and the hallways smell awful. This place is not worth the expensive rent. Maybe if the service was better I’d stay but people move out frequently so take that as your sign to stay away.
The apartments, themselves, are nice and within the area, I would say they are one of the best. BUT the service is the worse ever (for the price of the apartments, I would expect nothing but excellent service.) Long story short, they nickel and dime you on the back end of your lease. Unless you get professional cleaners/carpet cleaners once you move out, you will not get your deposit back AND get crazy fees on top of that. The walls are thin... none of the amenities are accessible... pool is small... the grills don't work... business center amenities don't work... no clubhouse access... have to pay for a carport if you don't want to park far from your building at night. So all and all, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
We moved from a more expensive place here. I am happy with everything. We had an issue with our neighbor playing loud video games all night and management took care of the issue for us. The gym is not huge but nice and usually empty. I like the location as well. Close to 695 and 100. All of our neighbors are very friendly as well. It's an apartment and no apartment complex is perfect but it's a nice place to live and we enjoy it. It is right next to the TGM community and it's a nice place to go on a walk or run with nice sidewalks. Plenty of parking as well. The dog park is very big and our dog loves running around. The staff is also very nice. 5/5

Dear Resident, Thank you for reviewing TGM Creekside Village! We are honored to come so highly recommended and appreciate you sharing about your experiences. We'll continue to keep up the 5-star quality and hope you continue to love residing with our community!
I lived at TGM Creekside Village for a short while from January through September. It is one of the nicest apartment communities that I have had the pleasure of calling home. They have great spacious floor plans. I personally lived in the Bay w/ Den and it was a ton of space. I loved the great amenities, my HUGE kitchen (the ice maker was everything!), and the peace and quiet that the community offers. I very rarely if ever heard my neighbors and it was never any excessive noise in my building. And did I mention Valet Trash, the best thing I never knew I needed. It was a really great community in a tucked away location. If you are looking in the Anne Arundel County area this would definitely be top on my list.
First thoughts- friendly staff, best value, and great floor plan. Halfway through my first year- management sucks. A woman parked in the parking lot had a tree crash on her car and she had to fight for minimal compensation because the tree was "not their responsibility as it was on the line of their property". In this same area that was considered not a part of their property, a neighbor had his dogs off their leash. He would walk out with them, throw a stick a couple times and pick up after them. If there were people, he put them on a leash. From one "complaint" he was given a second warning.. how does that math add up? Needless to say he paid the $3000 early termination fee to avoid "administrative action" for a third warning among other issues. Now to me. For about 3 weeks I have been dealing with no electricity in my apartment except for in the kitchen. TGM is offering no compensation when the whole building is dealing with it because it's "not their fault". Awesome. Im showering in the dark, sleeping on the floor by the kitchen island to have a charged phone wake me up for work, I'm using someone else's Wifi (sorry!) among countless other things. This is not what I'm paying too much money for (also still paying my Comcast bill even though I can't use the service!) What are they doing to compensate us for being without basic utilities? NOTHING! ... Also the double stud thing can't be true, I hear everyone.
My family and I lived at Creekside for only a year before relocating elsewhere. It was by far the worst year of our lives. *Location: For those of you new to the area or to Maryland in general (like we were) be weary. Glen Burnie is a dump - old and worn down, with not a lot to offer in regards to amenities (restaurants, shops, physicians, etc.). If you wanted to go somewhere here halfway decent, expect to drive at least 30 minutes. You are not close to anything. *Price - We were paying $1800/month for a 3 bd/2 ba apartment settled in the middle of the hood. The price wouldn't be so offensive if it was in a better area, and close to more things. *Apartment - using the term "luxury" is a stretch, especially when you use cheap carpet, dated plastic blinds from the 80's, and flat paint on the walls. With kids, it didn't take long for damage to be done (and for my husband to pay for it upon moving out). The only thing luxurious is the price tag. We were not impressed with the quality of the apartment at all. *Staff - I can only speak about the staff from Greystar, as we were notified of the change in ownership to TGM a week before our move. They seemed inexperienced, and never wanted to handle resident concerns appropriately or efficiently. Until you went off on them like a crazy person and even then issues were fixed temporarily. They never made you feel comfortable upon walking into the leasing office, and would hurry you out the door so trying to address anything with them proved difficult. The leasing manager only cared about filling up the buildings, going so far as allowing riff-raff to move in who clearly can not afford living there. *Safety - There are definitely questionable people in the area, and some even managed to live in the apartments. You need a key fob to get into your building, and into your apartment which was nice, but it didn't stop "suspicious activity" from occurring. Based on the location of our apartment, we saw every car that entered the complex. I can't tell you how many times we have seen police cars in here for something happening. *Residents - not many friendly people here, and some neighbors (the riff-raff) are nosy and gossip about everyone and enjoy loitering right outside the door and never moving out of the way, especially if you have groceries or kids. This posed a safety hazard and when brought to their attention, nothing was done about it. Until I called the fire marshall on them. Then it was handled.
Close to a mall, several gas stations and location is decent for highways. New management is okay
I haven't been here long because I just got out of the Army. What I have see so far is nice amenities, helpful staff, and very clean.
Although these apartments are located in glen burnie, they are AMAZING and TOP OF THE LINE!. They are spacious, great amenities and at a quite location. They are pricey than I'd want for this area however, they are still very elegant.
