Property Ratings at TGM Ibis Walk
This is the nicest community. Halls are clean, common areas well kept. The entire staff is awesome, including maintenance which is very good. I don't hear my neighbors, everyone is nice. Don't believe the bad reviews. 11 reviews in 9 years they have been open. The reviews sure don't paint the picture of the beautiful community it is.
Fobs do NOT work, meaning all gates are open and not secure and if you want to work out then you have to ask a member of the leasing office to open the gym for you. But they're only on site from 8-5 so if you have hopes of working out before or after typical work hours you have to hope someone with a working fob is in there or you're out of luck. When we have requested new fobs or a solution we were told no other fobs are available (new residents are given fobs so not sure how this could be true) and that they can't override the system to keep it open because it would be a security issue (ironic). To add to my frustrations the pool heater has been broke for over 2 months with a continued pushed out repair date. I have talked to our leasing office multiple times and have been met with no plans or timely solutions. DO NOT RECOMMEND living here. I have given staff time to fix the issues and talked multiple times before choosing to leave this review. New residents should be aware of these issue.

From the day I moved in, everything was falling apart. After multiple attempts to get our refrigerator fixed, they finally swapped it out with an empty apartment's refrigerator. I guess the joke's on whoever moves into that apartment next. More importantly, the amenities are always broken and/or closed. All I've wanted from this place is the ability to dip in the hot tub and sit by the pool, but 4/5 times I attempt this, the hot tub is broken or the pool is closed off. Their standard answer is "we don't charge you for amenities so you have no recourse". One time they even called me up to attack me personally for complaining, and after I pushed back they suggested I terminate my lease (and pay all the associated fees). They don't care about you here, they know the place is a scam and they make no attempt to rectify the situation because they know it's hopeless. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move out of this hellhole!
I have lived here for over two years now and overall, it has been a fantastic experience. The staff is excellent, and the property is kept up nicely. Personally, the best part about this apartment complex is Bre, who works in the leasing office. Ever since I moved in, she has made me feel welcomed, cared about, and comfortable. She is so helpful with any issue I have and always goes the extra mile! If it weren't for her, I wouldn't have cared if I stayed another year or not. Ibis is the place to be!

We moved in to our new apartment about a month ago and absolutely love it. The community is gorgeous. It's well kept inside and out. The landscaping is always tended to and they even clean the concrete in the halls and parking garage on a regular basis. The front office staff is super friendly and helpful. The approval process was almost too easy. We put in our application and got approved with no deposit about two hours later. I love the urban style units with covered garage parking on the floor you live in. The resort style amenities are impressive. Coming from owning a home, this feels like living in a high-end hotel with all the perks that come with it. It makes me never want to own a home again. The residents are quite diverse. You have everyone from young professionals to older folks. I think the higher rent weeds out the riffraff. That's not to say that there isn't the occasional partying at the pool on the weekend but it's not over the top and everyone is friendly. Generally, most people respect the "quiet hours" in the pool even though the amenities are open 24/7. It's also a huge bonus that it's such a walkable urban community. When I park my car on the weekends, everything that I need is short walk - nearly connected - to the complex. Publix, restaurants, salons, nails, book stores, etc. If there are any cons, it would be that yes, the walls are thin. We live on the third floor and the residents above us on the fourth floor must work some kind of night job because at 3:30am, you can hear a lot of stomping around and conversation. However, I work in the construction industry and unless you want to live in a block building built in the 50's, this is pretty much the sacrifice you have to make for new construction. Still, it's a relatively small sacrifice compared to all other perks living here. I'd also suggest that if any way possible, building a second pool wouldn't be a bad idea. The pool gets crowded on the weekends. You really need to be there around 11ish to get a good chair.
We moved into our TGM Ibis Walk Place Apartment about 9 months ago. Our 2 bed room apartment is great. Service requests have always been handled professionally and quickly. We love what the complex has to offer, e.g. Starbucks coffee, gym, very nice pool and hot bath area. Happy to call TGM Ibis Walk Home.
It's beautiful place with exceptional customer service. Everyone in the office has been nothing but helpful and they do it with a smile what more can you ask for! I love the amenities they offer and the friendly feel of the community.
This place is amazing! From day one, Breanna and Tania have extended great customer service and hospitality! The facility is very well kept, clean and quiet. :)
I have lived here for almost a year now and I have had no problems what so ever. Maintenance is very quick to fix work orders, I have never had any issue with noise, bugs, etc, and I always feel secure when parking in the garage (bonus!!!) and coming home late at night. I love the all the beautiful finishes in my unit as well. Extremely pet friendly community, almost everyone has a dog. Absolutely worth the price, I will be very sad the day I have to leave this place!
Ever since TGM took over everything has gone down hill...we've had multiple theft problems and management has done nothing to help. Really disappointed because everything was great up until about two months ago when they took over. Renter beware.
Nice place to live, but rent is way too high for what it's worth. Marketed as "luxury", but not built that way - the blinds are plastic coated styrofoam and break off if snagged, the floors scratch so easily, walls are paper thin and the french doors have gaps. Dog park is nice, the plaza is conveniently close and they keep the grounds very tidy. I've been here a few years and am comfortable, but they hike up my rent every year and I'm running out of ways to justify staying here. Other apartments have the same amenities at a better price, so make sure you do your research - TGM Ibis Walk looks good from far, but far from good.
