Over Priced
Where do I start... moved in and the carpet was damaged in several rooms, appliances were broken and other fixtures within the townhome,the eating area is extremely small and the layout in the livingroom lives very options on how to arrange your furniture... Maintenance is a joke- I made a request for a light to be changed two months ago and no one has came out to fix it. Rent goes up yearly and what you receive is in return in little if anything. Break ins have occurred in several units- they claim to have a roving security company, and I have not seen the security make rounds ONCE. Look elsewhere!

This Apartment is awful I don't even know how to explain it but seems like who ever manage this place is not doing right when you ask them to fix something it take two weeks before they come I indeed up to do it my self then when they fix it they will rise the rent is that their responsible to do it I going to try somewhere else because I can't afford to pay there rent anymore Please this confidential No one know Thanks Elizabeth
