Property Ratings at The 1800
I moved out of these apartments because the infestation of bed bugs and roaches there are drugs coming in and out I've seen tweakers at all hours of the day and night people acting like thugs it is just not what I feel is a safe place for children or myself and the manager is very vindictive
I like living here because it's pretty quiet, you've got good neighbors. The manager is easily reached, and if there is a maintenance problem it is resolved quickly, usually that day. The complex is a little older but well taken care of. Outside the lawns are professionally maintained. If you want to do something outside that will improve the complex, no problem, management will let you. Overall, a great place to live.
