The building is very well maintained and clean. Has very friendly and cooperative stuff. Residents are nice as well. Pet friendly. Love it here.
Great place for remote work and research. Internet is quick and reliable. Great location to do financial work as we are close to several RIAs and banks.
Everything was so seamless and easy. I feel really welcomed and I am excited for the next 18 months! The gym is really nice and I will be taking advantage of it!

Have lived here for 2 years. Absolutely love this place! The building is well maintained - lobby and hallways are always clean. Doug and Rhonda are great and always make sure to try to create a an inviting atmosphere with in-building community events held a couple times a month. Maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely matter. And the rooftop patio and gym are great amenities. Close proximity to all downtown bars and and Horace Park activities.

Close to fine dining and amenities, this place is perfect for remote work. Parking is well lit and convenient. Shopping is a plus and is a short walk away.
Great experience. I have no complaints. Everyone is super nice. Everything is super accesssible. The apartment is right next to the hospital. Downtown is also right outside and has great restaurants.
The 200 apartments are very nice and while pricy, they are located in a good area and provide a neat, comfortable living space. The staff do their best to ensure the best living conditions and maintain the building safety and livability. While I do like the downtown area, my one complaint is the constant noise of train whistles, sirens, traffic, etc. though that is not the fault of the apartment, but just downtown living! One of my favorite things is living in a safe and secure building. Residents must use key fabs to enter, which greatly reduces the threat of intruders and break ins. I would recommend The 200 for anyone looking for comfortable city living in a nice area.
It’s been great so far. It’s safe and secure. Management is amazing. Doug is on top of repairs. It’s been an all around pleasant experience for our first apartment living experience. They do a ton of resident activities for different national days and holidays. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay definitely check it out!

Very well managed building; service tickets are promptly addressed; frequent events are organized by Rhonda and Doug for all the residents; overall a very comfortable experience!

It is awesome living in these luxury apartments ,my husband and I are currently in the penthouse apartment,lots of windows and amenities, really close to everything ,great view and wonderful y neighbors ,Rhonda and Doug are great ,they don't hesitate to make sure our staff is good ,I recommend the 200 apartments You will not be disappointed
The neighbourhood is nice with good places to eat around. The proximity to my hospital also helps commute. Love the latest facilities and appliances at the 200

Its been great so far! I had an easy move in and the building is super quiet. My favoorte area is the kitchen!Such a gorgeus island! The living room is way more spacious then the pictures show.
We have enjoyed living here for a few years now. It is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and highways! Another plus is it is pet friendly!

Have lived here for almost 2 years. Absolutely love this place! The building is well maintained - lobby and hallways are always clean. Close proximity to all downtown bars and and Horace Park activities. Cons - Parking -There is only a small lot dedicated to this building reserved for the bank, the staff and a few residents. The rest of the residents must pay an additional $55/month to park in the city lot or risk being towed. Homeless population- There is a decent homeless population in this area and often they will rumage through the garbages, causing trash to be strewn in the trash area, sidewalks and city parking lot.
Love living here, everyone is pretty chill, manager is super cool, great location, very modern and affordable, moving here is a game changer!
Every resident is friendly. Always keep an open mind about animals (especially dogs). You will always hear or see a dog. The building hallways have carpet and not all animals are potty trained. Therefore, the hallways or elevators will smell. Also, open communication with property management is a great idea.
I've lived here for a year and a half and I love my place. It's in a great, convenient location for me. The gym is a great addition as well. There are always fun events happening downtown, as well as great shops and restaurants. I'm very happy here!

I have been living in the 200 for the past 1.5 years and I truly have no complaints. The maintenance and staff are very helpful, minimal problems with neighbors, and great apt units. Its a great place to live in Jackson. You'll never miss anything going on being the heart of downtown!
Easy going, friendly environment! Plenty of events/activities to do on a daily basis, never gets boring. Best part is you’re super close to all most restaurants and shopping centers
Great management, great space, great neighbors. I have enjoyed my last year at the 200 and all my concerns are dealt with in a timely manner.
Facility is practically brand new. Very clean. There is a nice little workout gym. The staff know what they are doing and very helpful. Location is great, within a quick walk to some great restaurants.
