This building does not answer the phone, when they finally answer they are super rude and they also do not return your calls.
This building is new and apartments look nice. Offers amenities like a rooftop, and a lounge for residents. However, there is absolutely no sound insulation- there is nothing but drywall separating you from your neighbors. This means you will hear every step, wake up every time they run a laundry machine, and hear private phone conversations even whe the people aren't being particularly loud. If you sensitive to noise, this building will be your living hell, like it currently is for me.
