I've been living at 305 almost a month, and I love living here. The building is very clean, everyone so far has been very friendly and helpful. Vic is who initially helped me with my Tour and paperwork and all of my millions of questions he was always very helpful. Rosie also was super helpful, I thought my package was missing and she came in with a second pair of eyes and helped me out. The building is very quiet I dont hear much noise from neighbors. Overall a great experience so far!

The building is well built and the amenities are great, the office and maintenance team are easy to connect with and also fast response makes the experience even better. The cleanliness of the building is an important factor for me and the team is doing a great job with that.

I've lived in The 305 almost a month now, and I'm very happy with my decision. Building is very upscale and everything looks very new; has the feel a fancy hotel. Nice views from apartment over Totten Pond. Conventient location near I-95, but not too close that it's noisy. Overall pretty quiet, been sleeping great. Building is also easy to navigate around, despite it being fairly large at 300 units. Management is friendly and professional. Amenities and the pool especially are nice. Building is highly recommended!
