The 501 offers easy access to a vibrant selection of eateries, entertainment venues, and nightlife, right in the heart of downtown. It has a gated entry, which is neat for privacy and security. It has new amenities, and having a washer and dryer is nice too!
The fact that they had to change management multiple times within the one year I was living here shows. Thin walls bad appliances and management never reaches out to you about anything! They took our security deposit and now are refusing to call us back even though it says nothing in our lease about a COVID 19 cleaning fee. Beware! Also month to month after a year gets a 10%fee added
Great place to live, scenery of the the El Paso skyline great, Itza, the building manager is always helpful and responds quickly to any concerns regarding the apartments.
I straddled between one and two stars! The building isn't all that well made. Management is not good! Elevators are always down. Trash everywhere, especially by the mailboxes. I would not recommend anyone living here. Definitely not worth the rental prices. Look elsewhere.
The landlady is very helpful ! She answers to our concerns quickly and she always gives us a heads up on anything that has to be done with our apartment and services that are being done (filter changes, etc.). She has been the easiest landlord I’ve had in a while.

I lived in this apartment complex from February 2018-February 2021. I have had 0 issues and the office leasing agent, Itza, is extremely helpful and nice. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m sad to be moving across the country. If you are looking for something affordable with accommodations and access to popular spots in El Paso, the 501 Apartments is the place.

I have been living at the 501 apartments since October 2019 and my experience here has been nothing but fantastic! The office leasing agent, Itza, goes above and beyond to make sure that her tenants are taken care of and comfortable. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests, but I have yet to even make a call because there have been 0 issues with the unit. On top of that, beautiful apartments and views. 5/5 stars! ??????????

I moved here 9 months ago and really like it so far. The apartments are super nice, and I like that there is no carpeting to clean. I've never had any issues with neighbors making noise, everyone is super friendly, it's great having added security, and they're pet friendly which my cats appreciate. Itza the building manager is super helpful and really goes above and beyond for residents, so that also helps make this a great place to live. It's also been great to have a nice place to live during the pandemic, since I'm working from home. I'm planning on staying here for a while.

I’ve lived here for 8 months and it is a great place to be. The manager is friendly and always fixed any issues I had in a timely manner. The complex is kept clean and the location is great too!

I’ve been living here for 5 months and I love it. You’re so close to everything and it’s very convenient. The manager is extremely nice and friendly she handles matters quickly! You will never have to worry about maintenance taking more than a couple of hours to fix any issues.
Reasonable pricing and comfortable apartments. Management is super helpful and gets any problems taken care of ASAP.
Its all brand new, and there is nothing that compares for the price.
I rented a studio and moved in at the beginning of July 2017. Seems like a pretty great deal for a new apartment complex. Close to downtown. 2 min walk to Stanton and Oregon street markets. Manager is very kind and considerate and more than willing to solve any issues. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I had no problems commuting via public transport in the evening.
