Property Ratings at The 503
Our experience at the 503 apartments has been wonderful so far! It feels like a great place to have my family and be so close to the places we love in the Oregon district. The amenities that they list on their website are what they are exactly as listed. They have a great underground parking garage, elevators, a gym, and a dog wash in the basement that we use all the time for our huskies. It's a very pet friendly building because along with the dog wash they have a pet waste receptacle in the back of the building that actually gets cleaned out and replaced with fresh bags. They are also supposed to be working on a dog park and other amenities eventually, so I hope that those come soon. The units are amazing, if you like the industrial feel. With the concrete floors, walls, and just brand new everything I was amazed at how little I noticed the train tracks that run behind the building. Our unit is always super quiet and our son loves watching the trains roll by out our kitchen window every day. The dogs can also feel free to run around the apartment without scratching any surfaces. Also, because the building is brand new, all of the appliances are brand new. The units come with a brand new washer and dryer, which was awesome to not have to worry about a laundromat. They also have free internet, so the only utility we ever worry about is electricity. The biggest thing that stood out to us is the staff at 503! They always make themselves available and you actually see them regularly! the superintendent is super friendly and they have an office in the building where you can actually talk with someone if you have any issue. I see people all the time making improvements to the building which is always a good feeling. I would say overall the price is pretty competitive with other units/buildings around the area and so far we've definitely gotten the value out of what we pay.
The 503 apartments are wonderful to live in. Super safe and clean. The building has a lot of great security measures, so tenants feel safe. Two large elevators, so move in is very easy. Has an amazing gym with a lot of new equipment. Great views of the city! Each apartment has concrete floors so you can't hear anything from neighbors below or above you. Each apartment has a very spacious bathroom, new dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, and microwave. Building has a second-floor balcony so tenants can enjoy sitting outside with friends. Very high ceilings in the apartments. Three different parking options, one of them is free! However, they do have a parking garage inside the building. Super helpful maintenance crew and property manager is very nice and helpful. Located near so many great restaurants, bars, and other city life options. Pet washroom in the basement for tenants who have pets. Storage units available. I have absolutely no complaints. I love living here!
