Gorgeous townhouse with plenty of amenities. Nice touches like the counter tops and sink and light fixtures. Thrilled to call this home. Only thing that could be better is the fridge and dishwasher. The rest of the home feels so high-end and these were mid level. I am excited to live within this beautiful community.

Great staff easy process

Staff is super friendly!
Never had a problem with this apartment complex. Staff and maintenance go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly while living at inspire. Tommy has fixed our drain multiple times, replaced light bulbs, and been willing to help out in any way he can every single time I’ve put in a work order. My only wish is that they would add a ping pong table to the pool courtyard!

Great Place For Remote Workers
This place provides all the amenities (apartment and community) for digital remote workers and traders. Even include Ethernet ports in the wall with fast 1 GBPS internet. Place is also peaceful which is a must. Tommy, one of the maintenance guys is great. Gets the job done and quick. Very knowledge and professional. First time getting my own place and I have to say I couldn’t be any happier between the friendly office staff, maintenance and community. They offer a pretty nice 85$ bundle which includes WiFi, trash, pest control and the community has its own pool, dog park, playground and little convenience store for necessities

My only complaint is it’s very hard to get a hold of the front office. I have called at different times of the day for the past few days and no one has answered. I also emailed hoping that would be easier for staff, but no response that route either. Other than that, everything’s been pretty nice so far. Saw a few roaches, one dead and one alive and flying, but understandable since the units been vacant for a while and the front office was willing to put in a pest control request for me. Hopefully it doesn’t turn into a larger issue.
