Property Ratings at The 700
I love living at The 700! I especially like that it has secure, gated parking and is in a beautiful safe neighborhood. The management and maintenance folks are very responsive and handle any maintenance requests in a timely manner. The residents are friendly and I really like the pool. It is just a great place to live!
I’ve lived at the 700 for 3 years and it has been the best experience! The building and apartments are so unique in the best way— maintenance is quick and the leasing department is always helpful and kind. You won’t find another place quite like the 700!
I’ve been living here for about a year and a half and I love it! It’s a great location and the apartments are a great size. I have only had good experiences with management and maintenance. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!
I'm a current resident and have had a positive experience in every way, living at The 700. I enjoy the quiet neighborhood and quiet building, gated / off-street parking and the pool. There are washer and dryer hookups, dishwasher and recessed lighting. It's a quick walk to the Piggly Wiggly, and local restaurants. The management company is quick to help with any maintenance requests and are professional and friendly. I highly recommend The 700.
