Asked to move out early, offered no money. Apartment was not prepared as to the agreement before moving in and they weren’t even done renovating when I started paying rent…glad I still had my other place for those 2 weeks…
Amenity fee of $80 monthly is billed in addition to rent but frequently the amenities are not working. The gym equipment is old and frequently does not work. Employees are pleasant and say they will make repairs. Then the repairs are delayed or never done.
I found this community on my way to tour another property and it caught my eye. After my tour at the other property, I stopped by to see if they could get me in while I was in the area. I was greeted by Natalie and Anthony and honestly I was sold by them alone. They were so polite and fun to work with. I made up my mind after seeing the community that THIS is where I was going to live. At the time, they didn't have anything available for lease but I was told that things can change quickly. I decided to go ahead and apply to be put on the waiting list for a 1 bedroom. A week or 2 after I applied, Anthony called me and said he had an apartment that had come available and gave me all of the details. It was perfect! The process afterwards was easy and any questions I had were promptly answered. I feel very fortunate to be joining this lovely community.
The apartments are good! The maintenance guy Chris is wonderful about fixing things in the apartments in a timely manner.
I am a resident at the abbey. Anytime I have had maintenance issue,Dana, has came and fixed them immediately. He is always friendly and respectable while he has been in my home. I even had to call before to maintenance line and they have always called backed and came and fixed my problem. The front staff is friendly as well. I enjoy living here. It's a great community.
I have lived here for a year and it has been great so far! The office is kind and helpful. And my apartment is exactly what I need! 5 stars!
I am enjoying living here. I have a large sectional sofa and recliner and it all fits in the living room. I also like the look of the kitchen, it's very modern. I signed an 18 month lease and about to renew. I really don't have any complaints.

The apartments are nice. No arguments there.. They are spacious, and probably one of the best looking apartments in the area. The issue you will have is, the added expenses you will incur on TOP of your rent. There is a mandatory $70 fee for BASIC cable. You barely get any channels at the basic level. So expect to pay about an ADDED $40-$65 for normal cable channels. NOT including internet. That's hire than DirecTv. Next.... they charge $85 per month, for renters insurance. Anyone who's rented before, knows that renters insurance normally cost anywhere from $15-$50 a month. You can opt out of their renters insurance, but you have to pay a $500 deposit. I opted out, and I pay $13 a month to Progressive. So you can see how their insurance is a major rip off. Why is there such a mark up?? Last...they split the community water bill. They claim to pay a portion of the water bill, then the rest is split amongst the residents. Which then is billed to the residents based on the number of occupants per apartment. My bill is about $40 a month for water. I like the apartments, but you can really get nickled and dimed here. The apartments are nice, but definitely not worth the money.

Thank you for your review. We're glad that you like your apartment. We do have a $70 amenity fee on all apartments. The amenity fee covers your AT&T U-Verse U-100 cable package and 1 cable box which is as of right now over 234 channels, unmonitored intrusion alarm, trash, and pest control. I also would like to explain the $85 security deposit insurance is a one time fee for a security deposit through an insurance company who we work with to save our residents from having to pay the $500 security deposit. Currently 77% of our residents utilize the savings associated with this insurance company. For renter's insurance coverage that meets our minimum requirements, the annual policy currently costs $219 annually. As for our community water bill, we use the Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS) Multiplier; A value of 1 has been assigned to the first occupant; add a value of .6 for the second, and add a value of .3 for each additional occupant on the lease. I hope this clears up any confusion.
My family and I truly enjoy our apartment and living at The Abbey at Eagles Landing. The rooms are spacious with large walk in closets for each bedroom. The property is well maintained. The office staff is considerate and thoughtful. They seem to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant rental experience. Staff members have called to let me know a package was delivered to the office for pick up. I appreciate all the sponsored activities they have for tenants to meet. The Abbey had an event for pet owners to come together with their pets (if they wished) (non-pet owners were invited as well). The staff truly makes this a fun place to live with events like after hour meet and greet, a cookie decorating party, holiday prize give away, etc. They also have a Daily Digest for tenants to keep up with everything that has happened in the last 24 hours. Tenants can post if they are selling, giving away or in need of items. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and whenever called or emailed for repairs they arrive within 30 minutes or the next morning if it is late. I have not needed a return visit as maintenance is able to repair on the first visit. The location of the complex is very convenient to the expressway. The communal washer/dryer area is well kept and maintained. The work out room has state of the art equipment for a total body workout. This is a great place to live and I would recommend these apartments at any time to anyone.
During the showing, they showed us a really nice first floor one bath/one br apartment. Instead they gave us a terrace level apartment which is horrible to say the least. In the summer months there is a terrible case of insect infestation. My husband has tried to change floors since I have allergies, but the management has been quite uncooperative telling us they don't have one br/bath apartments available whenever we inquired. It was time for us to renew our lease, and after much thought we decided to stay here a few more months since it is very close to my husband's workplace. We called a few days before thanksgiving 2015 and were told that they would email us the lease renewal. 2 weeks later there was no email from management. On 12/5/15 we went to the office around 1pm to speak to them but the office was closed (even though office hours are 10am-5pm for Saturday) and on the door it said "We will return at 2.40 pm". We didn't return that day since we had somewhere else to be. When my husband called the office the following Monday, management said they had no notes in their system that he had ever called for lease renewal! They did send the email for lease renewal after that. Today, Saturday 12/19/15, I received a package that was delivered at the office. I went to pick it up at 3pm and the office was closed again with a sign that said 'We'll be back at 4pm'. I went back at 415 pm and he office was still closed! With a sign saying they'll be back at 10am on Monday! This is ridiculous! They are supposed to have someone in there until 5pm! I didn't pay expedited shipping so that I could wait to receive my items on Monday! The office has a bunch of lazy people working there!

I am sorry that you missed us when visiting the leasing office. We do close the office during the day when we go on a tour with a prospective resident while one person is on duty. We do our best to be available to our residents. We are open 7 days a week. I also apologize for any missed opportunities to treat your apartment for pests. We are happy to have our professional pest control company service your apartment. We have had a staff change recently and may have certainly dropped the ball with communications with you due to employees leaving, but I want to make it up to you. I love my apartments because not only is nice on the inside it is also lovely on the outside . It's in a quite neighborhood in the heart of Stockbridge . Very friendly neighbors and management . The Maintence team is awesome . They are so attentive to your needs. The complex has so many amenities ; care detailing , tennis court , basketball court , baseball / soccer field , a park and even a station for dogs to care of there business . My apartment is so spacious . Big garden tub , nice kitchen , big living room and dinner room and huge walk in closets. In all I love my apartments it's in the perfect location with every store and restaurant possibly that you could want . I have no promblem with my car being left unattended and it's a gated community . I would recommend these apartments to anyone .
