I’ve lived here for over a year and I don’t think I’ve met anyone as amazing as Elena. I went to the office to get assistance with locating some of my packages and she was quick to assist me. Throughout our interaction, she was very kind, communicative and just going above and beyond to make sure my needs were fully met. Great place to live. Amenities are great as well as staff. Great distance from UCF as well with lots around. Love living here and so happy to live here for my third year next year

Tour guide was very informative and kind and building is very organized and kept very clean. The rooms are spacious and the furniture that comes with the unit are very comfortable and make a nice aesthetic.

So far everything has been great, can’t really complain. Sometimes it can take a while for things around the building to get repaired but they are always extremely fast with unit maintenance which is great.

The place is very nice and so are the amenities but I wish they were open longer. When moving it they were all over the place and gave me the wrong key for the bedroom twice. Additionally picking up packages is not as easy as they say. You will get a notification that it has been delivered and then have to wait all day to pick it up because they have not “logged” it yet. I also wish the gyms had more machines.

Accolade West is a very good college apartment! It is although on the steeper side in price. The dishwasher is very cheap and our wheels have broken off already. The rooms are very nice though and the views are tremendous.

I enjoy living here it’s very nice but it definitely has its pros and cons. I think the rooms are a bit small for the price you pay. The living room is also small too. But the kitchen is amazing, there’s a nice washer and dryer, and you have a porch. Something I don’t like is that parking is so expensive, the other places around here have much cheaper parking for their residents. There are two pools, two small workout areas, a dog park and lots of nice study rooms. Wifi is great too. AC also works well. Maintenance is quick too.

It’s okay but I there isn’t much parking and most of the parking spaces are out in the open. You can purchase a parking spot in the garage but for now they are sold out. The living community isn’t fenced in like most others around here so it doesn’t feel as safe sometimes. However the apartments themselves are nice.

This place is really nice and has a lot of great amenities. The pool has a movie theater screen and the gym has everything I need for my daily workouts.

Everyone was super quick, agile, respectfully, and kind! The move in staff was swamped with people and work they found me amongst the chaos and were able to answer any and all questions I had as well as help me with the move in process.

One of the best complexes in the area, mainly for college students. It is pretty expensive but it’s comparable to other places in the area. The complex is clean and well maintained. The staff are always kind and helpful. I would recommend living here if you’re a ucf student

Very easy first day check in, overall the community is very beautiful and clean. only small complaint would be the apartment itself was a little dirty but that’s honestly to be expected when moving into a previously owned apartment so I suppose I can’t complain to much.

So far so good! Moving in was so extremely easy and picking up my keys were so easy. I fear that before moving in, the whole roommate situation was so mistrusting and unprofessional. I didn't know where I was being placed til about a week before moving in, i didn't know if i was going to be placed with my roommates I chose, etc. But still, so far so good.

Everything from amenities to location of the apartment is really good! The complex is only about a year old at this point, so relatively new. I released again for the coming year and I'm excited to see what else the Accolade has in store for its residents!

loved it here. It would’ve been so much better if i opted for a pool view. The amenities and everything is great. I would have preferred more events though but i liked it here anyway

I love it so far, but I wish they were more flexible with subleasing options. Not being able to sublease my apartment over summer makes it complicated for an international student like me.

Found this gem through a friend that was looking for housing for her Freshman student. We joined together and the process was so smooth and easy, my husband and I knew it was the best place for OUR Freshman student! Our daughter is starting as a freshman at UCF this fall. We had no clue that on campus housing gets filled so early. My husband came upon Accolades online and were blown away how beautiful it looks. The staff was working all weekend and had us signed up early the following Monday. They were a pleasure to work with. Our daughter is starting her first year of college in style!

I am very impressed with the staff at the Accolade Collegiate Village West. My child will be a freshman at UCF in August 2023. We looked at several properties with 1 bedroom/studio apartments. The website and site maps provided by the leasing manager were thorough and easy to navigate. My questions about security were answered and both my daughter and I are confident we made the right choice. Accolades responded quickly to emails and the application and leasing process was painless.
