Poor service.. complete un responsible staff.. not taking any resposibility for your problems.. Have AC problems for long time, never been fixed completely... stayed all night with 88 degrees with small kids .. AC isn't part of emergency .... Be careful about extra charges when you move in or renewing... Forcefully charged you each month: $55 - apt wifi - comcast is $30 with very high. speed $25 - upgrade fees - dont know for what $38 - trash fees... - 4 to 5 days service a week, Have to keep trash all day in your home And keep outside at night before the pick Up guy comes. - very inconvenient $20 - Administrative fees - ??? $10 - pest control fees Around $100 - water bill - doesn't matter you. use it or not - went to vacation for three weeks- still water bill same $3 - for rent payment fees Plus Rent..... Rent + water + around $150. total... Still you have to sleep without AC..

I’m just glad to be out of there. If I have known this before I would have not spend a penny on the apartment. But all I can do now is just move on. If you want to stay at the apartments just be prepared to spend a lot of money for a small space and bad service. And good luck being able to speak to someone when trying to call the office. There’s not enough staff and the staff that they do have are over working that there not really happy to help you. Just make sure they discuss all the fees with you before signing anything. They won’t tell you that at the beginning. Two of my neighbors got their cars robbed and one of the apartments caught in fire. I usually don’t do reviews like this but I felt like I needed to let people know so they don’t have go through it. If you look at their websites they have a lot of apartments vacant because a lot of tenants has moved out.
Got broken into in building 2 literally next to the door for the club house and office and yet no security cameras. Horrible expirience to come home and see your place trashed and management doesn’t care. For the amount of money you pay here you’re better off else where
They take all the advantages of the tenants’ or banks’ faults! Very rude, mean and very unprofessional managers! So, the tenant gives the check, and for some reason the check doesn’t work well and it returns. They don’t bother to tell almost a week to tenant while charging the penalties every day. Finally, the tenant gets the letter, and goes there to talk, but they can’t help because they did charge an extra $200 in 5 days already! The tenant doesn’t speak or understand very well, and calls his friend to understand what is exactly going on there. And friend calls the manager and explains the situation, and apologizes because of the misunderstandings and language barriers of his friends’... But the manager says she can’t do anything, and blames either the tenant or the bank as if it was the bank charging all those penalties! And in addition to that, surprisingly, she asks the friend on the phone “who he was” vulgarly! I am just a friend who is trying to help a friend who has been having cultural, language differences. But you can’t understand, because you never been in this situation before, all you care is that money, is that really it Ms. Coronado? Just saying, be careful with this apartment complex, it’s not surprising that people from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds face communication barriers, especially with the community manager who has no idea of differences or barriers. They do take advantages of those, unfortunately!
I currently moved here from the woodlands. I absolutely love these apartments.. Adel was very helpful and kind. Thank you Adel.
I have lived at this apartment more than a year. Awful experienced ever, we rented apartment 534 at this community in 2016-2017. And I have lived so many problems with the leasing office and the apartment. Management is absolutely terrible!! •Firstly and foremost they are not professional. Management office doesn't know how to handle problems at the apartment. •Houston crime wave natural expansion has reached this area. The business center is almost forgotten. There is nothing to help. •The pool is always very dirty. •There are so many insects at home and around. Even we told about it, after a month nobody came to make sth about it. Our requests were not fulfilled. • The price is so high according to area. It absolutely doesn't deserve the price what we pay. • The leasing office doesn't send any reminders before due date or any renewal notice even though we have asked many times. They just send mails for charging extra costs. This is not any professional, just fraud. • They have very bad service, bad managers, they never return your requests on time. • It doesn't worth for a star. If I could give a 0, I would. They suck your money in any way. • Worst management I have ever dealt with. Office staff is very nice when you go for leasing but once you lease you will know how they change. • Once we moved into the apartment, I quickly learnt that all that glitters is not gold. I regretted my decision over time not because of the apartment itself only but the management and their shady ways also. Leasing office staff is the worst in terms on communicating and maintaining good relations with the tenants. They say sth but they act in opposite. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
I am a realtor that was with a client in search of apartments. Louis is exceptional and extremely knowledgeable. Louis new every amenity detail regarding this property. Due to the needs of the client, the client choose the sister property on 99. Even with this decision, Louis continued to follow up with us regarding if he could be of assistance. In addition to his responsiveness, Louis took the lead in providing additional research at this sister property. I highly recommend this beautiful property and working with Louis.
