Property Ratings at The Addison
The new management team is horrible. They never answer the phones plus they don’t know what they’re talking about. Apartments are infested with roaches and mold. The maintenance team couldn’t fix a lightbulb even if you put the instructions in front of them. Don’t waste your time or money here.
Terrible management. Amenities are not up to par. Terrible service and dirty pools. Gym is not upgraded. Save yourself and look for another apartment.
Property was great when I moved in, but was recently bought out by a new company and now the new management is horrible. They are very unprofessional, hard to reach, have poor customer service skills and do not know how to communicate. The elevators stay broken AND THERE IS A ROACH INFESTATION! The janitor does not do her job well and the carpets in the halls are a mess! There’s always flies in the apartment on the first floor from the trash rooms. The windows did not close all the way and wasps were flying in almost everyday. My garbage disposal has been broken for a while and no one has come to fix it. The pool was out of service the entire summer due to maintenance that was supposed to be completed July 1st. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
since moving in I have had nothing but issues with my apartment and the management company. They are impossible to reach and do not understand how to take any responsibility or accountability. i've had property thrown out by them, broken toilets leaking apartments in the short time i've lived here. there are better places to live in baton rouge than the addison.
Such a great place to live. It is located close to many shops and restaurants, and it has multiple entry points, which makes it easy to avoid traffic. The facility is well maintained, and walls are well insulated to cancel out noise and changes in weather. It has a wide variety of residents from graduate students to new families to older retired persons. There is always someone there to chat with or offer a helping hand, and the staff always greets you with a warm, welcoming smile. Everyone calls you by name, and it truly feels like a family.
I moved back to BR from Miami and had to find a place quick! Cassandra in the office did a FaceTime walk through with me since I couldn’t make the trip over to see it in person. She showed me everything and I was sold immediately. Everything had lived up to my expectations or has exceeded it. The staff are all kind and helpful! The maintenance team is one of the best, if not the best around! I’m very happy with my decision to move to The Addison and would 100% recommend to anyone looking.
The Addison is a clean, gorgeous, tranquil community with a caring staff and friendly tenants. I especially love the dog-friendly environment and the ability to walk from my home to the Mall in 10 minutes. Aside from the incredible setting, The Addison is also located very close to many shops and restaurants, as well as the Oschner medical campus. There is also a long track which surrounds and extends past the property, perfect for exercise and relaxing strolls. Highly recommend!
