The Addison On Millenia

The new and current group of Leasing agents are great. They are very caring , helpful and show genuine interest in my questions. Special shout out to Liza (the manager) who is always on top of it and cares for her residence. The Addison on Millenia is also in a great and low crime location. Short distance to Millenia mall and around the corner from I drive (Icon park) and Universal studios.

The place is nice for the most part but should be avoided completely if having a working elevator is important to you. I don’t think we’ve made it a full week without a breakdown and it is sometimes out for weeks.

We loved living here because of the location. It's super convenient to my partner's and my job and the mall. We bought a house but will move back if we ever need to!

I mainly would not recommend because the pricing for the apartments are not competitive with nearby apartments. These apartments are very over priced.

Parking is an absolute nightmare. After working 12+ hours I have to parked way over in front of main office and walk home.

Maintenance staff are great; management seems to take on an adversarial attitude toward residents and seems to prefer fining people rather than trying to educate / give reminders. Residents complain about these concerns frequently. Security was not notified by office staff when automobiles were vandalized.

I would recommend this apartment. The office is nice and better than other management offices, the apartments are really nice inside, and the location is central to everything.

Between the office and maintenance, they always take care of you and gi above and beyond. Even when I have been out of town they have helped me when issues arised

I always feel like I am in great hands and part of a community.

Happy but I would like the alarm to stop beeping all day and night.

Its a very nice apartment complex. I did initially have some issues with noise from the neighbor that was used to my apartment being empty, but once I brought it up it was quickly resolved.

Apartments are beautiful, amenities are great. But the area is what is lacking. Too much traffic and congestion.

Nice, clean apartment. Had some issues while moving in, but were resolved. Sometimes communication is not the best between staff but overall good. Could have some issues with parking as no assigned parking so coming home after work could be hard to find parking close to your apartment. Main issue is the walls are incredibly thin. You can hear your neighbors and you will constantly here stomping above you. Get the top floor if able, other than that you will definitely hear so much noise and your apartment will literally shake.

THe apartment complex's need too be clean and more trash can needs to be place around the area. For security purpose cameras needs to be placed around the complex for safety measures.

I love the staff. If it wasn't for them, I probably wouldn't have resigned. The actual property is nice, but the people who clean up the apartments prior to move in are not detailed when it is a cost for the people that moved out and a pain for those moving in.

I was promised that kitchen countertops that were stained prior to me moving in would be replaced and I was giving the run around for 6 months after moving in. I had to continue to follow up and eventually was told I couldn't have them replaced after being assured that they would be when signing my lease. Also, I paid for a gate key and gym key pad. These items go out every couple of weeks and I have to call myself on the front gate box to get into my apartment. This is a huge inconvenience especially because I was charged for this service.

I loved my apartment and the area and would recommend to others.

We really like our floor plan, and the updated modern decor. The storage in the unit is amazing( and needed for us.) My personal favorite thing is my large, screened in patio. Love it so much1

A lot of the appliances break and are very cheap. Carpet buckled very soon after moving in. Dishwasher broke. For luxury priced apartments you do not get your money worth.

Overall I like the complex but the situation with the gate key bothers me.

I'd like to say what a great help your maintenance guys were this week to help me locate my lost keys. They didn't hesitate to come help me when I accidently threw the keys with my trash bag in the dumpster. They wouldn't take a tip and did the job willingly and professionally. Thanks vey much to Hector and Frederick for your help. Much appreciated!

Frederick and Hector were extremely quick and professional. They fixed everything and were very knowledgeable about the issues I was having.

It is so hard to be constantly talked down to and ignored by management. Was told I was to blame for my car almost getting stolen. No security on site. People gates are never locked. I feel unsafe and the property is getting run down very fast. It is a very expensive property to live at and there will be many other better places to take your money

Great location but definitely on the pricier end. Good parking. Servicemen are attentive.

I would recommend for various reasons. Primary reason would be simply how nice the complex is and how friendly all the residents are. Staff is nice and helpful, living here is great!

I recommend this place to everyone. Convienent location. Everything I need is within walking distance or a short ride. Gym and pool are awesome.

It's quite, clean and has an elevator in the building. Just think coming home from work and don't feel like taking the stairs then guess what there's another option.

I would recommend it because it is absolutely beautiful. The interior is great, the pool is nice. I would not recommend it simply because of the upkeep (spider webs and gate always being broken) and the price is very high for 1 bedroom.

One of the maintenance crew uses the Lawn Blower EVERY day for hours on end. Blows grass all over my clean car

First off let me say, this is a beautiful apartment. When I toured I was captivated by the modern look of the apartment. But remember looks arent everything. The reasons we chose not to renew after a year and half is due to the amentites. First the most fusteratint thing was the clubhouse and computer lab. They are suppose to be open until 10pm. As a college student I relied heavily on the computer lab. Every time I went there would be no paper in the printer and the employees would be there at 9 pm to lock up which is inconvenient when your working on school work. They would send emails telling us that they are closing early at 5pm due to not having staff to lock up. Which again is not a fair thing to do when your paying for these “amenities”. Not to mention they slapped on a 200$ non refundable fee for the gate keys and card access to the clubhouse. What apartment charges for access to the apartment your paying for . Just isn’t right . I never had any problems with the staff they all seemed really nice but for the price we pay the amentites need to be opened 24/7. Beautiful apartment if that’s what your looking for .

If you decided to rent at the Addison, be aware that you will be charged a carpet replacement fee $280 period. Don’t let them mislead you that you won’t. Carpet is not of good quality. Other then that, it was a very calm and peaceful place to live. Close to shops and walking parks.

My husband and I have enjoyed the past year here. Our apartment is lovely and has an amazing view of the lake. It cost a little more, but totally worth it. Service is outstanding and the folks in the leasing office are so sweet. We especially enjoy all of the events they have, with the food trucks being a fav! Looking forward to another great year.

Nice place. VERY RUDE staff. They take forever to reply to emails (if they ever do reply) and to fix things in the apartments. When you go talk to the staff or manager in the office they are still rude and never have answer to your questions. Pool is been dirty for a long time. Gates barely work. Very nice place but very poorly managed by horrible staff that are rude. Automatically charged "violations" fee I was not aware of/ never signed for.

First, The staff is so warm and welcoming. They are personable, and they treat you as if you are already a resident. The complex is beautiful, and so are the units. I am extremely picky, and it has taken me years to finally commit to a new apartment. So choosing The Addison On Millenia says a lot, because I am not impulsive when it comes to things. I have taken all aspects into perspective when choosing my new home. The location is close to the mall, restaurants, shopping centers etc. The apartments are BRAND NEW which is a plus, there is a dog spa and an agility park for the dogs ( I have a puppy), I can cancel my gym membership because this complex has an amazing gym, and yoga studio. It is just amazing. I'm sure I'm leaving some things out. If you are considering the Addison on Millenia, don't wait around just go see complex for yourself. Only downfall is waiting for my unit to be complete, because I am ready for this new chapter!!

Sarah and I had been shopping apartments for the last couple weeks. The Addison property is beautiful and the designs and features of the apartments are fantastic. Marcia welcomed us and showed us how great this community is going to be. When we came back two weeks later, to see the apartment one more time before making our decision where to live, she greeted us like old friends. Funny enough a specialist at their sister property at The Courtney, couldn't stop raving about how much he learned and missed the management team that had moved over to The Addison. Knowing that we would be in a gorgeous apartment community, and in great friendly management hands sealed the deal to choose The Addison! Michael

The office staff was friendly and welcoming, but when I walked into the apartment, I immediately fell in love. I felt like I was at home!

We had the best hard hat tour at The Addison on Millenia and we are so excited about our apartment! The team was so fun and we look forward to coffee in the morning with this group.

Several requests left on voicemail to call back and 2 inquiry forms sent within the last month and no replies! Not good customer service!
