I've been living here for a while now, and I must say it's a fantastic place to call home. The apartment is comfortable, well-maintained, the community is friendly and peaceful, making it a pleasant environment to live in. A special shoutout to Jenn in the office—she's incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns. A great place to live !!!
Jenn in the office is super nice and very helpful. She has answered all of our questions fully and responds quickly. All the staff have been nice and friendly. The Maintenance team responds urgently and we've had no issues. nice, clean apartments and facilities.

Before we find Adelade Apartment, me and my husband was staying in the hotel. We are so happy it’s such a nice apartment, quiet, clean and management is good I mean sometimes they don’t answer calls but I know they’re just busy. I recommend this to everyone..

New management at this property has been fantastic. They have kept the property very clean, are updating building exteriors, and have kept up with unit maintenance. Jenn the office manager is very responsive to calls/emails and the staff is very friendly. Property has 2 dog parks, a newly renovated common area, gym, and pool. Great location - close to downtown, the airport, hiking, UT, etc.

My roommate and I moved to this apartment complex in August and found out apparently that this complex does not bomb for fleas before move in! We had to absorb all the costs of flea treatment for our apartment and pets since the tenants were not notified about the flea infestation and then the owners of the company refused to take responsibility, basically said its not their problem and wouldn't reimburse any costs at all.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to read about the flea problem you experienced at the time of move-in. Our management company took over at the end of October 2021 and while I cannot speak to what happened when you moved in, I can share that we have a professional exterminator that visits weekly for regular pest control maintenance services. We also have this company handle any uncommon pest problems like fleas. There’s no extra charge for these control services when the problem is due to no fault of the resident. I have no complaints! Lots of space, clean, friendly staff, great property and location.

The amenities at this property are basically brand new. The apartments have been recently renovated as well. The management is great and the property is well maintained. I’m 5 minutes from Downtown which can’t be beat!

I cannot say enough good things about the Adelade! The units and grounds are super clean and tidy, location is convenient to downtown and all that south knox has to offer, and the amenities are top notch! I love the pool during the Summer and courtyards are perfect for grilling out with friends.

I have lived here for almost a year now and can't speak high enough about the community. My unit is fully renovated and just has a great feel. Really enjoy all the amenities onsite too. You won't regret living here.

We have lived here for almost a year now. I could write a book on how wonderful this place is and the property manager Elisabeth. She goes out of her way to make sure anything you need is taken care of. She has even offered to make sure our cat was fed while we were out of state. The location of the apartment is PERFECT if you enjoy the city life and downtown. While it is close to downtown it is also still very quiet at the apartments. Which is very nice. Everyone who lives there is nice, polite and to themselves. I have never had any problems with noise from my neighbors. There are plenty of residents with dogs and there is NO DOG POOP EVERYWHERE. Everyone cleans up after there pet. There is even a little dog park that some residents use to let their pups run around. Over all, this place is amazing. And i promise this is not a paid review. Just a very happy resident :)
Aside from the awesome amenities, this a very quaint and friendly place to live. The staff, are bar none the nicest, and most helpful people I've met! If you're looking for a great place to live, look no further! Call Elisabeth, she will take care of all your needs! She goes above and beyond to be helpful, and we sure love her for it! Five Stars!

I love my apartment here! The property manager, Elisabeth is by far the BEST landlord/property manager I have had in the last 7 years. She was quick to respond back to every phone call and email when I was first looking to move to Knoxville. She has been so helpful and so sweet from the very beginning. Every time I see her around the property she always asks me how I'm doing or how everything is going in my apartment and with my move. I've never met a property manager that was so genuinely kind and caring before. Renovations on the inside of my apartment are lovely, but there's still a lot that needs to be done about this place. I haven't seen a single grill for barbecuing, but the fire pit and community gathering/outdoor sitting area is very nice. The metal stairs are loud at time when people are walking by. The "coming soon" on everything listened above.... might as well say "the fifth of never." I was told "coming soon" when I moved in, and I have yet seen people working on the community clubhouse/fitness/creative center/ garden/ pool/ etc. A local resident here, told me recently, that the date for all of these "unique" amenities keeps getting pushed back every month, every season. Those unique amenities were one of the top reasons I moved here. The laundry facilities really mean three dryers and three washing machines. Which is absolutely ridiculous for how many people that live here. Seriously, it's ridiculous! Tonight, one washing machine wasn't working and one of the card readers on a dryer wasn't working... leaving only two washing machines and two dryers. I put my clothes in the wash, but due to the other dryers being full I had to bring my wet clothes back to my apartment to air dry. Luckily, Elisabeth's management, kindness, and care for the residents truly makes me feel more comfortable about living at The Adelade. I know the construction of everything "coming soon" is probably not her fault. Any issues I've had, she has taken care of right away or at least looked into for me. For that, I am very thankful knowing that where I live is in good hands. I just wish that everything can be finished and that more washers and dryers can be added in. The"coming soon" signs are just an annoyance to me now.
Our two bedroom is perfect. Elisabeth has been so helpful with all our needs!

Had some friends live here and it was very nice...convenient to downtown grocery stores etc. Huge apartment inside nice bedroom layout and newer appliances.
