Resident for 2.5 years—constant issues with management. Unresponsive, rude, often unavailable. These issues have extended beyond my time as a resident and into any packages that accidentally get shipped there. They’re unwilling to help when this is the case. The place is nice, but not worth the people involved.

Justin is a fantastic property manager, and went above and beyond in helping me secure the best possible unit at a price that worked for my budget. He was helpful, patient, and far exceeded my expectations. While I have not yet moved in, I will say that my experience thus far with The Adler has been five stars. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the amenities are plentiful and its a on a quieter street which is rare for a newer building. Justin is an asset to this complex, and I am happy to sing his praises.

Eleven950 is a great place to live! Awesome community inbetween the 405 and Santa Monica beach! Many great food places around and not to mention starbucks on the corner! :) Eleven950 provides updated appliances and much storage room....this is a great place to raise your kids and its dog friendly as well. Come on in!
