Property Ratings at The Admiral
Do you like rats and roaches? Then this is the place for you. Make sure mgmt takes you on a tour of the infested basement before you move in. Anyone can walk in off the streets to roam the building so make sure to lock and bolt your door.
I have been a tenant with Gerdsen for two years and can honestly say it is one of the best rental companies in Cincinnati. Not only are the buildings beautiful, charming, and well kept, but the staff is accommodating and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone!
Buildings are old, creaky, and in disrepair. Staff are incompetent and dishonest. Apartments are twice as expensive as they should be given their size, state, and amenities.
