For being on the island, the price is actually very reasonable and place is very nice. No real noise issues, all the appliances work great, and the apartment itself is very cozy. Couldn't say enough good things about Cory and Stacy. Absolute gems.

We just moved into a recently renovated apartment. It is fresh and clean and nicely done. I wasn’t sure what to expect but so far I have found it to be quiet with friendly and respectful neighbors. The team in the office are very helpful. This location provides easy access to the Newport bridge.

There were a lot of things I liked about the apartment (the kitchen was great!) but a year later the issues are still in my mind from all the frustration and headaches it caused me. Pool and Gym were both closed almost my entire time at the Admiralty When I was talking to the C there about moving in I was told Cat's were free and there was no pet rent, 2 months after move in I was told I had to get a cat registration from town hall and pay money monthly? First of all only dogs can get registered in Newport and most towns, and I had proof in email and the website that cat's were free. Packages were constantly being returned to vender because they could not drop them off. Repairs were done well but the property manager kept sending them down with the wrong information so they had to keep revisiting. Apartment next to mine had inches of water in it from flooding and caused all sorts of issues. When my lease was ending I got the paperwork to renew or leave with the wrong date to turn it back in, if I didn't turn it in early I would have been late if I used that date, causing any sort of financial if that was late. On the good note I love the USPS mail driver for the area, he's a nice guy and C was always nice in the office.

We just moved in to a unit at the Admiralty and have been extremely impressed with the property management team here. Cory the leasing coordinator is on top of everything and the maintenance team has been fantastic in addressing a couple of minor problems with our unit. The units and overall property has been recently upgraded and is very welcoming.

I was a nervous wreck as I was looking for a new place to live last year. Moving is always stressful so I am extremely grateful for the wonderful staff at The Admiralty (especially Cory) for taking all the worry out of the process, from beginning to end. My living space is quiet and relaxing. Everyone I encounter is friendly and I truly enjoy my new home. Thank you so much!!

From beginning to end, they made the whole process seamless and nearly stress-free. The staff was knowledgeable and informative; warm and polite; comforting and reassuring. I never felt pressured or cornered into an awkward when dealing with them. My new home is absolutely gorgeous - clean, modern, safe, quiet, and frankly just a small piece of paradise. With so much anxiety in the outside world, I so look forward to coming home and having all my stress melt away. Thank you so much! The Admiralty is truly the best place in Newport to call home. If I could have given 6 stars, I would have!

The whole process from beginning to the moment of picking up my keys was so smooth and easy! Cory was great with answering all of my questions and helping me find my new home. The staff is great and maintenance is responsive.

Close to the navy base and other stores (grocery). Laundry machines on site. Very pet friendly and the parking situation is pretty good in comparison to other places I looked. Clean apartments.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience here at The Admiralty. The leasing staff is excellent (especially Cory, who worked with us every step of the way from our initial interest to signing) and maintenance is awesome too. They respond to everything in a timely manner and we’ve never had an issue. The new renovations are wonderful, the grounds are well kept, our neighbors are friendly, and I feel safe living so close to the Naval Base. We have more space than we know what to do with and it’s a great value for the price. Every time we have guests, they complement how beautiful it is! Overall a great experience!

The Admiralty is very quiet. Polite and respectful neighbors. The staff definitely meets your expectations and also are very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable and super clean.

Just outside of Gate 1 & 2, The Admiralty is a great place to live! Walking/biking distance from base. Great price for nice size apartment. It was perfect for me to live here while attending school at Naval Station Newport.

I absolutely could not be more pleased. The management has completely remodeled the apartment I’m living in, and is adding all the amenities you could want. A package locker room securely get your packages, a dog run, convenient laundry that takes cards (!), a gym with both weights, cardio, and a separate yoga room, and even on-site storage. Soon to come are a pool and a DIY dog wash. I love living where I can walk my dog safely in the sidewalks of the complex, stopping over to Antonio’s for pizza or walking to Stop and Shop, and evening walking to downtown Newport (a bit of a hike but doable at 1.3 miles). They are also so accommodating to my needs as a military member, with no deposit, no pet fee, and I was able to do all my paperwork remotely. The keys and the apartment were ready the day I moved in, and they even gave me two coffee mugs, toilet paper, and a set of dish towels and dish soap while I was waiting on my household goods delivery. Thanks so much to Cory and the whole team making this a great place to live.

The Admiralty is an excellent place to live. Norma and Chriss are top notch people to work with and the residents are always their first concern. Recently just moved from RI, I lived at The Admiralty for 3 years. Wish I could have stayed another to enjoy their newly added pool. Rent was reasonable considering that it is located in Newport. Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to stay in Newport RI. Thank you Norma and Chriss for making my stay there even more enjoyable!

I was looking for 1-bedroom apartment at the last minute, and out of all the apartment the Admiralty was the only one who would reply promptly. Application process was smooth, and the place was well prepared before I moved in. Big shout out to Cory who was very much involved in my entire moving in process. The facilities in this apartment complex is pretty awesome too. Highly recommended!

The management here is stellar, they go out of there way to solve your issues. The apartments themselves are so nice they compete with the houses in the area. Large space, good looking floors, and good parking rules. The only negatives are the laundry machines aren't in your apartment and you have install your own lighting when you move in. Take a tour of this place, you wont be able to look at other apartments.

I've been a tenant here for 10 years and very satisfied with the management team at the rental office. Along with the addition of the security cameras and newly renovations makes the complex more appealing as well as safe. The ladies at the rental office are very professional and continuously to take great pride in the care of the property as if it was theirs! I highly recommend anyone and their family to take residency here as I have. Very convenient to all shopping plazas, public transportation, and my work.

I have been a tenant for over 30 years. I love the new look and the new management team. It's a much more quiet living environment. No more trash in the hallways, kids hanging out cussing and swearing, garbage is nicely contained,and we now have security cameras. Cris and Norma have done a great job since they've been on board. If I call for something to be fixed they are pretty much on it. I would definately recommend The Admiralty. New dog park, ,rec room, gym, new storage area, package pickup room, and new pool in the work. Great place for the family!

My sisters and I have lived here over 15 years and we were one of the families in the building that was renovated. Yes its true manager got rid of some families -the bad ones that destroyed hallways, kids damaged other peoples cars, partying, music so loud. But manager kept half of the families she could and what a difference that made on this place. We were moved to a fresh painted apartments with newer stoves and dishwashers. My sister no longer has to be looking out window to check her car, manager Chris and Norma always on property walking, checking hallways and even trimming plants or putting new # tags on mailboxes. As much older tenants we appreciate to be treated kindly, feel welcomed and respected by office & maintenance people. So happy to be part of this community.

My family lives at Admiralty for 5 years now and prior to 2 years ago this place had no significant features. But now accepting pets, built dog park, remodeled fitness rooms, opened club house with pool table and huge tv, free wifi. Swimming pool foundation built, pool should be done by summer. Anytime I visit family property clean, people friendly. The 2 women in office doing really, really good job at putting this property back on map.

I toured the property and talked at length with the property manager about my TWO dogs. I later emailed and sent an inquiry through the site to confirm specific pricing and pet rent. I didn't hear back for over a week and when I called was told (by the same person I met with) that they only accept one dog per unit. They are misleading and dishonest and give false hope to people with pets who have already extremely limited options in Newport.

don't do it there kicking over 50 family's out to renovate. I think it's terrible kicking out families like me for 18 yrs. Know I have to find New home. along w 50 or more familys

I lived in this place for a year and it was the worst. I'm moving out as soon as I can and I can't wait to leave.The people above me were so noisy that I had to sleep with ear plugs. I rarely sat in my living room to watch TV because I could never hear it. I complained to management and even called the local police, nothing was done. I was told that only one person lived above me but clearly that was not the case, more like 3 people. I heard them everyday.The staff was rude. The apartments may be convenient to the Navy base but it is not worth it. I parked in front because I was injured, I would notice dents and bumps in my car at least once a week. Don't let the low price fool you, you will have to put up with a lot of mess. The sad part was that I stayed in one of the quieter buildings. Good luck if you choose to rent.

Rolling Green is wonderful. The office staff is extremely helpful and nice. The apartments are up to date and well maintained. It truly is a great place to call home!

The apartment is in scenic Newport, RI. where island breezes cool hot summers and create cascades of fog on shores in winter. Close to the Navy Base where I do almost all of my shopping, the apartment has been affordable since 1977 when I moved in, which allows me to enjoy jazz festivals and sailing. Who would leave?
