Property Ratings at The Alastair at Aria Village
If you are considering this place please be warned if you don’t get a unit in the 5th floor you will not get any sleep! You hear everything above you. Second, the manger here has no personality towards the residents at all! The staff is weird acting as well, they act like they don’t want to assist you at all with anything. Third, the grills especially by the pool NEVER works! And I’m sure they do this on purpose, they seem to forget that WE pay the high rent and we deserve to use the amenities… The staff even uses the bar for their own personal use as well,,
I currently live here now and have been living here for over a year (15mo lease). I’m glad I chose 15 months because rent everywhere has skyrocketed, including here, and it’s a sellers market. If you can afford it, there’s so much subtle luxury here. Package concierge so some of my signature required packages just go in a storage locker. The entire staff is amazing. Will is the best concierge. Front desk and management are professional and courteous. There’s office type areas to book for meetings or if you just want to conduct business in a nice area. Pool in nice. Very pet friendly. Nice shops downstairs. Excellent food in a couple minutes walking distance is great. Lobby areas look like 5 star hotels. Excellent location. They’re even nice when you do something dumb like drop your key down an elevator shaft. Newish building with ATT Fiber and Comcast Fiber. Definitely my favorite apartment I’ve ever stayed in.
The property is absolutely beautiful. Yes a couple things in the other reviews were correct but I do see they do what it takes to fix the problems. The gate is fixed and the carpets have been cleaned since I’ve been here. Also I can’t blame the property when it’s my neighbors who allow their dogs to poop and the maintenance guys gotta locate the poop to clean it up. Apartment living is different not all of your neighbors will be like you and I had to accept that. Overall me and my children love living here. From the nailshop being right downstairs, restaurants, the barber for my son, the gym. Living here has made my life easier and convenient. I’m gonna stay right here til I buy again
Pros: Nice finishes, great layouts, built in Sonos which is a big plus, friendly staff and nice amenities. Cons: excessively loud, trash chutes always full, parking garage hasn’t been locked for almost a year now
Luxury apartment complex? You have to be kidding me...The carpet in the hallways is absolutely unacceptable. Stains everywhere. Marks/stains on the walls everywhere. The trash area is always full. You cannot even access the trash chute half the time because there are piles of trash in front of it. Fire alarms going off all the time. Last week when they went off I didn't even bother leaving my apartment because they go off so often. Turns out it was a false alarm like the 10th time before. Rules/regulations galore. Feels like you are an inmate in prison. The amenities recently opened after being closed for 4-5 months. Do we get a refund for all those months without amenities? They make it seem like it is a luxury to “get back” basic amenities THAT WE PAY FOR. Elevator in the parking deck is always broken. Fire extinguishers all over the floors for almost 2 weeks and no issues. Place your trash outside for valet trash at 5:30 (30 minutes before “you are allowed”) and you will get fined. Increase in pet rent supposedly because there is an increase in "pet damage"? Anything to make a little extra money. Windows are dirty on the outside. They said they would be pressure washing the outside of the building. This never even happened. This apartment complex only cares about scraping every last dollar from you. I have lived at other apartments and paid half the amount and it was more luxury than this dump
