Property Ratings at The Aldyn
The Aldyn offers a very safe & homely environment, polite & friendly staff, really wonderful amenities and very responsive support system at all times.
I live in this building now. I’ve lived in the Aldyn since 2013. I don’t know why there are so many 5 star reviews. The construction and management company are awful. You hear every word your neighbors say, every footstep and smell their cooking. the insulation is poor. 2022 they raised our rents 30% without making any upgrades to the building. Less than stellar super. Weeks to get response from management company. All they care about is getting apts rented at higher rate and have zero loyalty to long term residents. Hallways are drab and dark. The rental floors 2-10 and can they’re boxed in and not as nice as the owner floors 11-30s. There’s better out there especially for rent.

My fiancé and I moved to The Aldyn in fall 2020 and love it. The staff, concierge, and maintenance team is very attentive and friendly. The building is beautiful and modern with lots of great amenities - courtyard, gym, pool, basketball court, bowling alley, golf simulator, and childrens playroom. The apartment finishes and layouts are great and the neighborhood is fantastic!
The Aldyn has the earned reputation of being the best building on the Boulevard. Should you desire the peaceful Hudson River, private outdoor space, amenities and attentive service, this is your home. A home within a community.
The staff is abundant and friendly. I have had only a few dealings with management. I think management tries to be fair.
The staff and amenities are lovely at the Aldyn. The apartments are spacious and airy with high ceilings, good closet space and beautiful details in the kitchen and bathroom.
I recently moved into the Aldyn and I can't be more pleased. Dyanna provided exceptional assistance in making sure my lease and move-in went off without any issues. The entire staff from the front desk to the gym and garage have all been great. I'm so glad I decided to make this my new home.
I think there could have been more introductory information provided on move-in. There are a lot of amenities, but I feel like anything I want to learn about the building I have to do on my own. Seems like the building could do a slightly better job of sharing that information upfront. Otherwise great!
The super is outstanding. The staff quite accommodative. I have virtually no compaints, except that the pool is not open about which there is, unfortunately, nothing you can do. This is probably the most dog-friendly rental I have experienced, almost like a co-op
The Aldyn is a well run building with an unbelievable building manager who goes above and beyond to keep everything running well and to keep us well informed. The entire staff is exceptional, competent & friendly. Issues get resolved quickly - not that Ive had many in the 10 years Ive lived here. The apartments are well designed and the finishes are nice quality. The gym is spectacular as is the courtyard. Overall, The Aldyn is a great home.
Security is first class and the staff are friendly.
Convenience and friendliness / helpfulness of the staff.
Location, convenience, parking in building and attentive staff
The apartment, staff, amenities and the internal design is amazing. I can fault anything in the apartment. From the paint to door knobs, kitchen appliances and the floor they are all done brilliantly.
Moved three times in the last two years and this property stands out big time! The leasing agent, the doormen, front desk - it feels like home. So grateful I found this place!
This is place not great, not good responsible for fix room. Because of I am dead-blind, I need a place safely and good community and shopping near by me I can walk to anywhere it is easy for me. ~Autumn~
Lovely building, front desk, gym. The only reason we are leaving are the high rents
