The Alexander at Countryside

The best part is nice apartments and amenities! No damage and perfectly safe from the hurricanes that hit this year. I feel so much safer living in my community. Maintenance comes the same day as the online request, unless it’s on weekends or holidays and it’s not an emergency! They have an emergency process for that.

I really like the Alexander, it’s the best apartment i’ve lived in. They are constantly maintains the grounds and keeping it clean. my only complaint is they put in these great umbrellas in the dog parks but then were only usable for a month bc they didn’t remove them for the hurricanes and they’ve been broken since.

Good neighborhood and friendly people living here. Communities events are really poor, definitely more and better things can be organized. Clean place. Do not agree at all on how many things are managed from the main office. They make you feel you owe you sthg when actually you are paying a rent to them, and not cheap rent at all

While getting the tour, when we walked into the apartment I fell in love with how open and spacious it was. The complex was so clean and quiet.

Excellent apartment complex! Clean, beautiful, well kept grounds, friendly and fast maintenance, food trucks and events organized for the residents, gyms, pool, and a clear anti-drug policy. I enjoy living here!

So far love it here. Great location! Property is always clean and it feels like living on a resort. I only moved in a couple months ago and had to go through 2 hurricanes so now im looking forward to the year ahead to enjoy my new place!

I love it here!!! Maintenance is amazing, our office staff is incredible and so responsive. Ricardo rocks! The communication through the recent storms has been top tier as well. Hope to have many more years here.

A couple of problems but called Sonny and he handled it. Nice guy! My husband and I are still getting used to living in an apartment, we have lived in our home for 25 years until the flood. But it is very pleasant and peaceful on patio and relaxing with lake view. So enjoying it so far.

Just moved in so haven’t met anyone yet. It is quiet and people do seem friendly. The grounds are being worked on due to the hurricane. The dog parks are nice.

Our move was super quick and easy. Tania was great throughout the whole process! Perfect location and grounds are always beautiful! So happy with our decision

Being brand new to the Alexander, we are beyond happy with the location, staff, amenities and our new home! Super easy move-in this week and the staff were super fast in addressing minor maintenance requests upon move-in. highly recommend the Alexander!

Just moved in but I love it here already. Feels like I’m in a resort! Everyone has been so kind and the community has been so clean and neat.

I like living here….Is a quiet community and neighbors are friendly… we like spending time at the pool…apartment is spacious and has a lot of sunlight that enters through the windows

Overall I am so happy with our community. Maintenance is so responsive and they keep our grounds beautiful. We’ve had some minor issues with the front gate, but besides that I am very happy.

I was born and raised in St. Pete, but as cost of living has gone up, the only affordable apartments there were either old, poorly maintained, or inconveniently located. I toured many apartments around the Bay area, and none came close to being a nice as The Alexander at the same price point. Since moving in and living here a couple years, I'm extremely happy with my decision! The only reason I'll ever leave is when I'm ready for homeownership again. If you're looking for an apartment, I can't recommend this enough!

Love everything about living here! Staff is wonderful grounds are beautiful , couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s definitely a win, win!

This apartment complex is a beautiful, dog friendly community. The pool area is gorgeous and has a resort like ambiance. Even though it's located close to highway US 19 it is a quiet community.

Alexander at Countryside is quiet and peaceful, I absolutely love it here. The apartments are extremely spacious. However there’s always room improvement : 1) Fix the main gate, this community has three gates that access the neighborhood and one (main gate) is always opened. I chose Alexander at Countryside because it was gated. 2) Car wash, I think about how much money I spend on the rent, valet trash, sewage etc. If I want to wash my vehicle I would like to do that without having to spend money. 3) Assigned parking. Many times I come home late and there are no parking spots close to my building again I think about how much I spend on rent and I don’t have a designated parking spot. 4) There are wasp nest every, in the staircase, I live on the third floor and there are at least 2 wasp nest by my porch and every now and then I find one inside my porch. I would like to relax on my porch without worrying about getting attack by a swarm of wasps.

Great place to live. Very quiet. Love the gym and pool. I love walking around the complex and looking at the ducks and turtles. Everyone is friendly. Would be perfect if rent could come down.

Everything has been smooth, including easy to make rent payments, links to set up utilities, easy to make maintenance requests, internet, etc. When I got my keys and started my move in process, the apartment was very clean and the air was cranking!

It has been wonderful so far! Staff have been quick to work on my maintenance requests and I have loved enjoying the pool. I am excited to try the grill and pizza oven

I love living here so much. The unit itself is spacious and filled with natural light making it feel much bigger than it actually is. The complex staff is friendly and responsive and the grounds are so pretty. There are birds and wildlife all around.

so far very satisfied with the move in process and all of the available amenities. The staff has been helpful and ensured the process went as smooth as possible.

Great amenities and amazing maintenance team. The gate is almost always broken and the front office team won’t call you back, just email. The floor plans are nice.

Overall great place to live, nothing fancy, amenities are being renovated so future tenants will be able to enjoy them more than I was, pool is beautiful and usually pretty quiet but can get busier on the weekends, staff is usually pleasant, not the most luxurious apartments but good for what they’re worth! I enjoyed my stay here.

Moving in was smooth and easy, especially as I completed the whole process without seeing the complex in person until move in day. Leasing agents were energetic and helpful answering any and all questions I had. Apartment is very nice, new appliances and flooring - large rooms and bathroom, lots of space and large windows make the space feel very open. However, noise is a factor. I can hear every step from the upstairs neighbor, often shakes the walls and yells at TV or games late at night, of which I can hear every word. Noise in the hallway/breezeways is minimal, but noise from upper neighbors can be unbearable at times.

Very knowledgeable agents easy to work with. Great location. Near sunstars north hub which makes the location feel very safe. Also theirs are deputies and sheriff's that reside in the complex as well.

Would definitely look to return to stay here at the Alexander at Countryside. Love the convenient location and look forward to utilizing the clubhouse, pool and other amenities!

Nice place to live in. We are happy with the choice we made to move here. The pool is great, also the work out area. Maintenance people are really kind and also people from the lease office

I have lived here for just about a month now & it has by far been the easiest & stress free move i’ve ever made. The community is friendly & the staff is very helpful! The maintenance team is very quick & accommodating to work orders, I very much enjoy living here!

Extremely happy within this community. Staff is amazing. Grounds are Well maintained. Any issues or concerns are taking care of or answered within 24 hours.

Living at Alexander is wonderful. The amenities are great and well-maintained. Pool, fitness center, party room, coffee-what's not to love? The office and maintenance staff are helpful and responsive.

The moving experience has been a wonderful with the generous staff. All of our steps were explained and had a follow up call or email. The community appears to be clean, safe and friendly. The pool is relaxing, both gyms are clean, grills are ready, sit by the tv near the fire pit, corn hole boards, and club house has ovens and appliances ready for your wonderful stay. Close to so many amenities, beaches and sporting events. Come check them out.

Beautiful apartments and floor plans. Love the upgrades to the gym and pool area. Very dog-friendly. Maintenance staff is the best! Very kind and responsive.

Outstanding staff Great grounds management. Location is perfect; near shopping, restaurants and entertainment and close to public transportation. The Clearwater and Dunedin beaches are very close.

A few amenities need to be fixed but great overall! The grounds are well kept plenty of parking.Nice staff and neighbors. Great location!

Great maintenance team, they always say hello when they are out and about on the grounds. When you do place work order( not often)they respond quickly. very friendly. Very pet friendly and residents are friendly. Great location quick access to lots of places.

I love my home home! I have had some of the most positive experiences here! Staff really listen to true you and are always professional. The marketing team does an exceptional job as well. Excited to see all the new changes that are coming with the whole furniture and activity room.

Very well maintained property.. Very safe feel. They are constantly cleaning and repairing everything.. The pool area shines.. Every morning people are there cleaning arranging the chairs and tables.. always a polished look. The gym area is continually cleaned and wipes replaced. People are courteous and conscientious of others. Great place to live.

Beautiful lot. Great area. Good on space between space between lots. Beautiful amenities. Anything outdoors is beautiful, pool, parks, and lakes. Downside is no elevator.

We haven’t even been here a month and we already love everything about this community! The maintenance team is always so quick to come out when there’s a problem and always so friendly! We love living right by the lake and have enjoyed our new group of ducky friends that visit us daily :)

My fiancé and I just moved in and, so far, we love it. Everything is beautiful and the layout is so spacious. We worked with Tania throughout the move in process and she is excellent. Pros- only 5 years old so everything is nice and clean and updated. Very dog friendly, it’s on an old golf course so there’s a lot of green for pups. The hurricane windows made it so we are not hearing much outside noise. Some buildings have elevators. Parking has been good. My only con is operating the gate to get in has been a challenge but I just haven’t figured out the best position to get the fob to work just yet.

I have been living here for 5 years and have enjoyed the experience. My two bedroom apartment with screened in deck is positioned overlooking a stream. Lots of birds choose to feed here and I am right on a flight way for a wide variety of bid species. I live near a BJ's where I do most of my shopping, and there is a nice variety of restaurants nearby to choose from. Many within walking distance. And management arranges to have food trucks to come by regularly. A nice touch. My credit union is just a short walk up the street. And on the same walk I can stop for ice cream at D-lites, stop by the Dollar Tree, and I can check out Ross to see what they have for sale that day. I like to cycle and the Pinellas Trail is close by. All in all this has been a great place to live. I doubt I could find a place that meets my needs and desires better than The Alexander at Countryside, so I decided to lease for another year.
