The Alexander at Sabal Point

Please do yourself a favor and don’t even bother giving this place the time of day. All they want is your money. They sell you on the place by lying to your face. I was told they had a book club within the community, they have regular get togethers for the residents like wine, pizza, movie and comedy nights; but that was all lies. They’ve done two “events” for the residents since I moved in back in April. The office staff are the absolute worst, unprofessional, disrespectful and just disgusting attitudes. They treat you like you are beneath them, like you’re not important and you don’t matter. They take no responsibility for anything, everything is your fault no matter what. My move in process was a nightmare. Absolutely awful and miserable. They wouldn’t give me keys to my apartment until I turned in the “Move-in Checklist/Inspection Sheet”, but I was unable to fill out due to not being able to see the apartment to see if there were any issues or concerns. We had fire alarm inspections done and they left my lights on in my apartment and my door unlocked, but that was my fault. They NEVER answer the phone and if you’re lucky they will reply to an email but 4 to 5 days later. The gate NEVER works it’s been broken for months. People are constantly speeding out of the parking lot and being reckless. Just please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. This place is absolutely awful and way overpriced.

We were very interested in this apartment complex and made an appointment to tour. We showed up on time to our appointment and the leasing office was locked up and empty. This was during normal business hours (as posted on the community website) when someone should have been in the office. We waited about ten minutes and a leasing agent finally showed up. He apologized, and said that they were running behind on tours, but we were welcome to wait, it would probably be an hour. This is not how you get someone to sign a lease. We were really upset to drive all the way out there especially when we weren’t even doing a walk in, we had an appointment. I can’t even imagine how they treat their tenants if there wasn’t anyone in the office during business hours to answer the phone, answer questions or to give tours for potential renters. As expensive as this place is, I would expect much better customer service.

Overall the Alexander Sabal Point is a very friendly and beautiful place to live.

The Alexander at Sabal Point is amazing!! Amenities, security, access, community, appearance is nothing short of amazing. And I can go on, and on.

Let me start by saying we have lived in the complex for 2 years. They have used covid as an excuse to get rid of outdoor tables,TV, furniture, etc and have never replaced it. No tables by buildings 3 and 4 at all. No umbrella .Fire pits never work, ever. The common grills are disgusting and have never been cleaned. Residents are allowed to just pile trash outside the apartment doors with little or no enforcement. One even uses the screen room as a giant litter box. Management never leaves the office and is blind to everything. Dogs crap all over the common areas and it's not enforced to pick up. Hallways never cleaned. New mulch not put down in 2 years. Current management is uncaring and unprofessional..they Never walk the property to look for issues. Beware living on the first or second as the sound insulation from above is poor at best. Anyone above is like the clogging family in the TV commercial

Dont live here. There are cheaper places with less annoyances.

I continue to love living in this community and appreciate how well they maintain the property.

I would not move into this place with the current management. They promised that they would be responsive because they were not responsive during the lease signing process saying it was because the office was closed due Covid. After move in there were appliances that were not hooked up correctly. The issues list from my pre move in walk was not complete.

Sometimes I imagine that I'm lying on the beach and relaxing in the sun with a cocktail in my hand thinking to myself, "Wow. I wish I could live here forever." My dream came true. Rent. Here. You won't regret it.

I'm having the best time in Florida. I don't regret my decision to move here from Ohio one bit especially finding a beautiful place to live. Being a single female, I feel comfortable coming home after dark because the breezeways are well lit. Two thumbs up!

I was sold the minute I walked through the door at the Leasing Office! I was greeted with such warm enthusiasm! Everything is beautiful, but I would love to see more flowers around the property.

Living here at the Alexander is the best move I made from out of state. The location is great with easy access to anywhere I want to go. It is very well-maintained and the staff here are incredibly nice and helpful. Of course, the occasional food trucks are a nice bonus because they give a resident a chance to try different places.

The so appreciate the team at The Alexander for wanting to keep this community looking its best in addition to maintaining beautiful apartments.

Apartments are nice looking, however, better management needed.

The Alexander staff is patient and kind, they understand that there can be stress involved with a move and theyre customer service based approach was excellent. The entire staff of leasing consultants were friendly, honest and organized. I would recommend this property to a friend. - Thank you.

I just moved here from the Northern Virginia area, and so glad I chose The Alexander at Sabal Point all from online. This place is gated for safety, the apartments at spacious, clean, with great amenities an a modern look. Love the kitchen and hardwood floors are only the few features I love! :)

I love what Alexander has to offer. Besides a few issues it has been a great experience. I moved from a house into this apartment, which was a huge change & overall I am very happy so far. They are quick to fix issues, which is a HUGE PLUS!

I had to move to The Alexander with my three children and dogs. We feel safe walking around the community. Our apartment has great modern decor.The maintenance team show up immediately and fix any problem. We love the amenities. We enjoy meeting up with friends and neighbors in the community around the bbq and for events at the clubhouse.The office staff are helpful and friendly.

Great staff who actually does care for their tenants. Not only cares but takes action with concerns.

I love my new apartment and everything about this place but I wish the office would be more deligent in what I need from them as they are getting what they need from me. They blow my phone up when they need me but it took four days just for someone to LOOK at the fridge and its been almost a week(will have been a week on Friday) that Im waiting on the replacement. In my eyes this is a very important thing to take care of seeing as i cant even keep certain foods in my home and they havent said a single thing about it but when they needed additional info on my dog they would not stop contacting me till they had it. Their priorities seem one sided.

I moved in in May and i must say that i’m so happy here. The staff are super friendly and helpful and i love the environment here. All of our neighbors know each other. They are strict on leaving trash out and leaving dog droppings which i like because it keeps the community clean. These apartments are new and so nice on the inside. Super modern. This place has such good energy and scenery. Some people have difficulty finding this address since it is new. I’m so happy this is me and my family’s first home. It couldn’t be more perfect.
