My move in was absolutely fantastic. Marisa and Kymberlee did such an amazing job at answering all my questions; they even checked up on me to see if I needed any assistance. Great management, maintenance is extremely responsive and professional, it’s so clean, and there’s so much to do in the neighborhood. THERE’S LITERALLY AN ENTRANCE TO A WALKING PATH!! My dog loves it!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
I currently reside here and I can say I have enjoyed being a resident here at Aliante. Everyone in the office is always very kind, attentive and respectful no matter the situation. Maintenance is always prompt and gets the job done efficiently no matter how minor or major the job is. Nice well kept grounds and they always have resident events to show appreciation. The community also is very quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for your next home, I would highly recommend checking out Aliante. You will love it!!

Coming close to my third year living here now, been a resident withing the area for over ten years and sad to say i am very disappointed with what this community has turned into. Typically its been a very quiet nice area, i mean its North Scottsdale you would like to believe your possessions are safe and there are no knuckle heads around. I've had two major thefts since I've been here. Each time the gate has been broken or poorly secured. So "gated comnunity" don't fall for that hype. I've had residents literally yell at me for parking into a handicap space when I'm a retired army veteran with handicap tags listed literally on my car. Due to this I've had my vehicles vandalized as well. Staff I have to say has always been nice but when its come to these concerns or issues they have seemed to have no concern or no compassion. Not looking for a solution I mean you can't change your tenants behavior of who they are unfortunately but you can atleast make these concerns aware to the community for instance for stolen property or bring attention signs of vandalism, but hey that's just my opinion as being a humane individual. So that's my tangent. Overall the area has gone down hill with theft a d rift raft. Staff is not too concern or customer service savy when it comes to voicing these issues and making more awareness and for what you pay around this area thoae two things are what you would expect the most. I enjoy living at Aliante. I'm closer to work. The community is quiet. It seems like people are very considerate of one another and friendly. I accidently left my garage open for 5 days and, to my surprise, not a thing was stolen. It made me appreciate living in a gated community and being able to trust the kind of people that live here. I never have covered parking issues. The location is perfect because I'm close to work now. I could walk to the grocery store, nail salon, hair salon, shopping, walking and hiking trails, and restaurants that are nearby. Its also nice to have gas stations so close so I could fill-up on gas on my way out without losing time. The only thing I miss is having grassy areas on property, but my dog has gotten use to the desert landscape and so have I. The office staff is very accommodating and kind.
Aliante is a friendly, clean, convenient place to live. Not too far from my school (Scottsdale Community College) and from my workplace (Mountainside Fitness) it fits in perfectly with my lifestyle.
