Property Ratings at The Allure
When I first moved in 3 yrs ago everything was great. The people where wonderful and never had an issue but after that first year and then when new management took over it went down hill. They tried to charge me for broken blinds that could be seen from the outside of the building even though I didn’t break them and included that on my move in inspection. No matter how much I clean and keep the place nice I still find roaches and they only have pest control come out once in my 3yrs here. I really wish I didn’t renew for this yr but had no choice and they still charged me a fee even though their system messed up and they didn’t process the renewal before the lease ended. Don’t waste your time with this place. I can’t wait for my yr to be over so I can move
Do yourself a favor and not move in to this complex. Roach infested. No parking. All they care about is money and are quick to make you pay for something you did wrong but can’t fix what you are needing fix. Management is very poor, does not respond promptly or follow up with you. Yes complex is priced lowered than other complexes but save the stress and just go pay a little more somewhere else.
Was initially interested in this location so before pursuing I decided to call the front office. Was informed there was no availability by a rude woman. She was short and abrupt with her responses and when I informed her we’d not be looking at moving in until mid august she said there would still be no availability until then. I called that day using my girlfriend’s phone. THEN I get a missed call the next day to MY number (guessing they got it from here) informing me that they’ve seen my interest and have availability for tours and options. I love how that changed somehow in the span of a single day. Good customer service at ALL times is vital. It’s the difference between getting a customer or not. I have no interest here after this.
Since the management has changed there have been lots of positive changes. Fixing potholes in the parking lots, keeping up with pest control, and maintenance comes quick. They’ve also renovated the laundry rooms and gym so far. Management is nice and leaves you alone. They keep you updated on changes, when the water may be shut off, and event they hold in the leasing office by email and leaving a paper in the door. Everyone in my building minds their business and it’s been really relaxed and chill.
