The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Alpine
So far it hasn’t been that bad. Moving in was a little hectic w all of the different ppl to contact for getting the electricity and internet etc, but once done things were easy. I haven’t had many issues or need to call management but I did have a leak they came and fixed. I rly like the actual apartment itself and the pool/gym.
I would not recommend stone creek apartments to my worst enemy. Literally. From day one, I was enamored by the amount of problems associated with the property, and communicating with management is a joke. Do not go here.
T60 is a charming, ground level chateau nestled in the foothills of sunny Fort Collins. We have a lovely resident racoon which resides in the dumpster, and in the cooler months we enjoy sitting on the porch in chairs that aren't tall enough. Although we do not have a pool of our own, the neighbors don't mind us using their salt water one. A man got shot across the street and last fall a drunk girl ran into the back of my car before driving her truck into a pond next to it, but hey it's our home and we love it.
