The community here is friendly and respectful! Office staff is very attentive. The grounds are always kept up nice and clean. My apartment turned out better than I expected when moving in.

These are very unique and fab apartments here in Kettering. The units are spacious, and I love having the option to get my own machines or use the onsite laundry facility. This has really helped me as a first-time renter because I don't feel rushed to get everything at once.

Had a great experience touring this community. There was plenty of parking, they also have garages big enough for storage and a car. The unit I walked was updated, the rooms were spacious. Very clean and professional community compared to some of the others I have toured.

This is an awesome place! I love the green area, great for kids. The building has been remodeled beautifully but really the thing that stands out the most is the thoughtful, attentive management team. You can't find that in most places!

The units in this building are large and have brand new kitchens and bathrooms. I love the openness of the units as well. The entire building has been renovated- new windows, new paint, etc. There is tons of green space out back.

Bottom line- you won't regret living at The Alpine. It's clear the owners care about residents and have put a lot of work and love into this place. The apartments are newly remodeled and the outdoor area has a lot of beautiful green space, but my favorite part is the open floor plan of the living room/dining room and kitchen area. The open concept combined with the light colored wood flooring makes the space seem really open, airy and light. Really beautiful!

The Alpine has been such a great apartment for our family. The management company is great, communicative and really on top of everything in the building.
