Maintenance is on it !!!
I have been here going on 2 years, and under this new management & ownership, I have always had my work orders reviewed and completed in a timely & efficient manner. Austin & Staff get the job done. Plus, you can trust them in your apartment to fill a work order when you're out. My son and I really love living here. No place is 100% perfect and there are neighbors you have to deal with from time to time- like anywhere else, but for the most part, it feels so wonderful to be here. Go Team Altair.

Love apartment and friendly staff but hall carpet is very bad and never vacuumed so I feel like I need to vacuum Hall by my door plus very very stained. Disappointed it is not being replaced and floor issues addressed. Right now I wouldn't want to bring family or friends here.
