Property Ratings at The Ambassador Apartments
I’ve lived in the ambassador apartments for about a year, and it’s brought so much stress into my life. The company that owns this building (Ogden & company) is the absolute worst. The apartments are not properly up kept or managed. When my roommate and I first moved in (during winter) the heating systems in the unit were not working. Getting in contact with someone to fix the issue was a hassle, and once we finally got ahold of someone there was no sense of urgency. We’ve run into a handle full of maintenance issues beyond that, and each time it’s a chore to get anything fixed. We’ve dealt with mold, ant infestations, broken door knobs, sewage coming up through our kitchen sink, etc. If you call or email management, do not expect a response. You will have to call and/or email multiple times before you are actually able to get through to someone. And if they do decide to send maintenance, they typically send someone who’s not qualified to fix the issues. The communication between tenants and management is nonexistent. The apartments only offer street parking, which is near impossible to find a parking spot past 3pm. Internet in the building is very slow, and it’s difficult to get cell service in the building. Please stray away.
