Water bills are OUTRAGEOUS!!! $168. for a one bedroom apartment!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! These apartments are horrible. Management is rude. Maintence is horrible. Pest is out of control. ALL building have roaches crawling outside. MY AC unit always goes out. People are breaking into cars all the time. The apartments have cameras up but none of them work. I would not advise to move here at all

It's a pretty decent place to live but the pest control could definitely be better. I really like the location.

This is the most horrible place one could ever live. Maria the manager does not at all take pride in her position and it shows!! I’m not one to complain I pay my bills and mind my business but I’ve had so many unresolved or late completed maintenance requests it’s unbelievable. I think these people are related Bc they refuse to get rid of the maintenance team and I can guarantee the 1.8 stars this property has is due to them. They lie and say they’ve done things and haven’t and when you call Maria all she does is act like she’s going to do something and doesn’t!
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, I would NEVER RECOMMEND this Apt complex to my WOREST ENENMY! All they want is your money! This place is INFESTED with BED BUGS and ROACHES. The apartment MGR Beatrice is the worst MGR ever known in the Apartment INDUSTRY! Maintenance will not fulfill work orders and there is plenty of parking but, not for visitors. They are renovating the apartments with a new look but, they need to start renovating the Management at this location first so, that they can have effective leaders making a change instead of just taking your money and not doing anything to fix what's going on at this apartment complex! I repeat " DO NOT MOVE TO THE ANNEX APTS OR YOU WILL BE SORRY' I GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS!

I once stayed here back in 2007, it was a great place to live. I moved back in 2016 after I was married. New owners and management came in and made this the worse place to live. You have to park in the visitors parking if you have two cars because they will not allow you to have a parking permit. This will make you have to wait up to a hour or more just to park where you pay to live or risk getting vehicle towed. DON'T LIVE HERE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!
Before moving here you should talk to some of the tenants, Depending on the size of your apartment you will be paying a high water bill anywhere from $80.00 to $300 - $ 400 water bill and they have a poor excuse of why the bill is so hi, everyone that can is trying desperately to move out. And not only is the water bill hi there's mold and the water is dirty, your toilet will have brown water in it and a dirty ring in it, you can't drink the water or take a bath because you will be even dirtier when you get out of your shower or bath. And all they can tell you is that the bill is allocated a bunch of bull. So if your looking to lease here you may want to look else where, there's no accent walls like on there website only the model apartment is accented. No one from Corporate will come out and talk to the people that's paying their bills and their paycheck, they could care less about their tenants, Everyone living here are very upset because their water bill is anywhere from $100 to $400. They called a meeting at 10:35 in the morning by text for the same day at 4:00 pm the same evening knowing that people were at work and couldn't just take off work because they, what happened to planning and consideration as well as convenience they were probably hoping know one shows up because they couldn't take off at the last minute.
Safe environment for kids, 1 kiddie pool and 1 adult pool ,playground and grilling area. There is a large pond with waterfall,you can fish and also feed the ducks. There is also a wonderful workout room overlooking pond,with great equipment and two flat screen tv's to watch. Clean an neat laundry room with all new washer and dryers. Very large apt with washer and dryer hook up,faux wood floors and wooden blinds and all new kitchen appliances. Very spacious apartments and elevators in all buildings. Great place for families.
