Property Ratings at The Annex of Memphis
The property is in a great location. The building entrance, outdoor space, exercise room, elevators, etc. absolutely spotless and well maintained. The apartments are new and spotless. The bedrooms have big beautiful windows with lots of sunlight and beautiful and again spotless bathrooms. The kitchen is perfect. Many thanks to Dexter for all his help showing us the apartment, helping us with the rental application and answering all our questions. Absolutely never a problem to contact Dexter, he is available to help with any matter and always friendly and ready to help in any way.
