This charming little property in centrally located in historic Kingsville, Texas. With plenty of green space, and pet friendly, this is a quite and friendly community. Each beautifully remodeled one , two or three bedroom apartment has its own back yard. Close to employment opportunities, Texas A&M (TAMUK), Naval Air Station Kingsville, and Hwy 77 are all within a 5 minute drive. All units are two toned painted with brush nickel hardware throughout. Kitchens come with plenty of cabinet space, gas stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers. With either central AC or AC units, all bedrooms also have ceiling fans. All units on on the first level with designated parking right in front of your unit. The community also boasts a brand new, air conditioned laundry facility as well.
