So I will start with the positive. I like diversity. We have it here. Kids, older folks, different ethnic backgrounds. The people that live here are nice, very nice. Love all the pets and love having kids running around. Size of the apartments are very good. Really good location. Okay with the pricing but of course there is all the after add ons that nickel and dime you. My apartment was pretty clean but I did rinse the floor before I moved in. Cleaning staff never rinse floors enough of soap. I have not noticed any bug issues but it’s only April. So we shall see. Now, the negative, which is very easy to change. Staff in office, hit or miss. The one that checked me in was less than warm and acted like she hates her job. When I toured I got the impression that here would be more community get togethers, there really isn't and no one checks the friggin app. I don't know how they get away with saying there are granite counters, many do not have that nor updated cabinets or bathrooms. Now the kitchens and baths that are not updated aren’t horrible but they aren’t that great either. Luckily most seem to have updated the flooring so there is only carpet in the bedrooms. There seems to be no insulation in the roof/crawl space area because the second floor apartments get cold. Yes they come with washers and dryers but they really are bottom of the barrel but better than going to a laundry matt. I had to put in a repair request and they showed up promptly the next day but I asked for them to call me first and that did not happen. I want to know when someone is coming that I need for repairs not just show up. They even acknowledge that they had indeed read my request for a phone call to set up a good time. The parking company they use is rude. RUDE. RUDE. RUDE and unhelpful. Luckily when I had a problem with the parking company a helpful staff member for the office was working that day. My wall neighbors I do not hear but the folks below me I hear. A lot but luckily they are quiet at night. So sound proofing is medium I guess. I would recommend this complex and I foresee myself staying a few years.

The absolute worst apartment complex I have stayed at in 10 years. They have placed yellow tow boots onto residents' cars weekly. During the time when you sign your lease it states for you to give your license plate and make/model of car. however, the front office noted "it states in your lease we can change policies at any time." So now even if your vehicle is listed on the lease, they can still boot your car. I have never in my life dealt with a more incompetent group of people. It's as if they act like protecting their own residents does not matter.

This is the worst apartment complex experience I’ve ever had. Avoid it. I’ve placed numerous maintenance requests both through the app and via the voicemail line for the same issue beginning in January 2022. Just a simple set of blinds that need to be replaced. And they still haven’t been replaced as of November 2022. When it was time to renew my lease - it went up very significantly. The lease rate listed online is far less than what you’ll pay whenever you renew. They are doing anything they can to nickel and dime residents. The “renovations” they’re doing are cheaply done. There are much better places to stay for what they’re charging for rent here.

Such a great place to live, very clean the area is amazing for my kids. Everything is close to this apartment, shopping center is just across the street great restaurants so happy and blessed to live in this complex very friendly people the school is a #1 in the area of Charlotte just amazing love it here...

This apartment complex is wonderful. It's in a great location and the apartment staff does everything they can to keep you happy. If anything is broken it is fixed the day you report it or the next day. The grounds are beautiful and I couldn't ask for more. I love where I live.
