The property is beautiful and I feel safe in the community common areas such as the fitness center, pool, gas grills, playground, etc. The staff and maintenance crew are the best! They are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I have been in my apartment for the past 5 years and plan to live here the rest of my life. Quiet and peaceful, and I have found that everyone minds their own business. No Drama!

A family friendly area to live. Peaceful and quiet. Close to some nice places to eat. The staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and prompt.
We are very pleased with our experience here at Brayden Apartments. Those who are part of the main office staff as well as the maintenance staff are some of the most friendly, responsive, and professional people we have encountered. Living at Brayden Apartments has been a pleasure. The amenities, including the pool, lounge, recreation area, car wash, centralized mail and Amazon hub are fantastic, convenient and much appreciated.
These apartments are great. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful any time I’ve ever had an issue, which is not often. I’m glad to be living here!
I do love the community feel of Apartments at Brayden. The staff is always so friendly whenever I do come with them with any concerns or questions. I also love how they try to involve the community by hosting events. Definitely a great place to live.
I’ve lived in my fair share of apartments and The Apartments at Brayden has been one of my favorites. April and her staff are always very helpful and friendly when I have any needs. The facilities and grounds are always maintained and when I did have maintenance needs staff responded right away. My kids love the pool as well as the playground area and I love that I’m so close to their school, stores, restaurants and I-77.

Apartment complex recently (Tuesday at 2:30-3:30am) had 8-9 cars burglarized. Management has not put out a statement to the residents yet. There are no camera’s or residential campus police to make sure our homes and vehicles are safe from occasions as such. Disappointed to say the least as we all have been asking for years for change for our protection. We all work too hard to pay expensive rent just for our property to be damaged and swept under the rug. When I first moved here everything felt safe and neighbors were very friendly. Unsafe place for anyone to live especially for no change.
Overall the place is amazing. Management is very friendly and helpful, the apartments and town homes are always kept very well by maintenance.
I love my apartment here at Brayden. The community is beautiful and the surrounding area is just as nice. The leasing office is beautiful and the staff are so kind!
This is a beautiful community, with nice on-site amenities. It is also conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and other local amenities. We lived here once before while building a house in the area. Because of our previous experience, we selected Brayden again as our temporary home when we sold our house.
Wonderful staff and wonderful community. Feels like I’m always on a vacation and it’s lovely. Families everywhere and super access to stores/grocery etc.
-Management will give good customer service only when you sign the lease. Response is terrible if you have a problem. Even at top management level Customer Service is unacceptable!!! -Noise level in apartment TERRIBLE!!! You hear everything!!! Noise comes from neighbors above...below...and next to. Footsteps...laundry...every word said you will hear...through vents...through floor..through walls...ceiling. Makes for VERY long and sleepless stay!!! Could not wait to move!!! Fort Mill has many places to live. Don’t make the mistake to call this home!!!!

What a great place! Just over a year old. 1590 Nunnelly #302 is the best apartment at Brayden! 2 bdrm, 2 bth, upper floor, back unit, very quiet. Away from traffic, parking lot, noise of pool and garbage drop-off. Fantastic balcony overlooks scenic woods.
