Situated alongside Interstate 695 just northeast of Baltimore, Rossville residents enjoy easy access to the beautiful views and beaches along the Chesapeake Bay, as well as the convenience of the nearby retail mecca of White Marsh. This peaceful and community-driven residential area makes a great place to raise a family while still enjoying all of the conveniences of the nearby city with only a 25-minute drive to the culture of Baltimore. Upscale, modern apartments share the street with more modest townhomes and single-family rentals, making Rossville a surprisingly diverse rental market despite its small size.

Property Ratings at The Apartments at Cambridge Court
Ants are on my balcony and all in my living room , I can’t sit outside without ants crawling on me. Pest control came out twice and still I see ANTS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!
Rent is way to be expensive. They’re made to look nice but definitely has issues! Community is nice.
This is my second time renting here. I absolutely love it here. Clean, quiet. Great maintenance. I will probably live here until I buy a house.
I have no complaints about this property. Maintenance is very responsive. They have responded within a 24 hour period to all of my maintenance requests. I’m very pleased with my decision to move to this property.
I been here three years nothing bad to say love my neighbor and management office they really treated there residents with care during the pandemic Thanks
Damon, the maintenance guy at Cambridge responded quickly to my request, he protected both him and myself with gloves, mask and shoe coverings. He assets the issue, repaired it, politely explained what the problem was and how he resolved it. Having great service makes living here a pleasure.
I was looking to move ASAP and Sara was so helpful with the process . She was very kind and helpful ! Sara help make arrangements to accommodate the time frame I needed to move in urgently , the process was quick and she was very informative . I love my place and the neighborhood ! If you looking to move please reach out to Sara her customer Services is amazing !!!
Before we even stepped in our apartment, the sink in the bathroom was clogged. Had to get that fixed, and over the next few months most of our appliances broke and needed fixing or replacing. The maintenance staff was fairly prompt, but it took them three tries to fix our dishwasher. Recently, our building got struck by lightning and started a fire. Nobody in the building knew because the fire alarm only sounded for about 5 seconds and shut off. We had to call 911 and bang on people's doors in attempt to get everyone out. So now the locks on the building doors don't work and the elevator is out, as well as the fire alarms. This place is unsafe and not worth the rent you will pay.
I have lived here on two separate occasions within the last 5 years and have had two family members who have also rented in this complex. Each of us have had different floors plans on varying floors (including a loft unit) and have all been happy with the quality of the interiors as well as the responsiveness of maintenance. I once had an air conditioning unit die in the hottest part of summer and they brought in a portable unit until mine could be replaced. I feel like all apartment complexes have their pros and cons, but I would definitely recommend this community.
Do not move into a loft in the back of the building. We have made that horrible mistake and for the second winter straight, have regretted it. They have outdated hot water heaters that go out whenever the wind blows heavily, which is a lot in the winter. So we are often left with no heat or hot water for hours. At this very moment, we are waiting for an emergency tech. We called at 5:30am & were told nobody could be out until atleast 7am. So this is another morning I have to be late to work due to having to wait to shower on a winter morning. Our gas bill suffers due to the heat being on and trying to get to a certain temperature, but it can’t with the hot water heater out. They’ve offered a day or twos rent for this & basically said there’s nothing else they can do. They COULD get a new hot water heater type, but I’m guessing they don’t want to spend the money. I loved living here, but this is absolutely unacceptable. We were nice last winter, but this is not going to fly this winter. It’s negligence & with the rent we are paying for “luxury”... this feels like everything, but that. Don’t waste your time or money.
Property Manager at The Apartments at Cambridge Court, Responded To This Review
We're so sorry for all of your inconvenience and frustration. It definitely took us much too long to find a permanent resolution to your issue. We hope the new hot water heater has fixed the problem, once and for all. You were very patient and we are truly grateful. Again, please accept our most sincere apology.
I have been here since December. I was so excited to move here, as the grounds seemed very well kept. I can say they are. In regards to quietness, it is quite quiet in the neighborhood at all times. However, we had issues from the very beginning. There has been about 4-5 times where we had no hot water/heat due to a faulty hot water heater. We also had a dryer that was broken. After complaining multiple times, they actually fixed it. Within the first month, all of these issues came up and it was very frustrating and not a great experience for tenants who JUST moved in. They replaced our hot water heater, but when the wind blows a little too hard, we are without hot water/heat. The hot water heater is placed in a closet on your patio that only maintenance can open, which is obviously annoying for issues whenever the hot water heater needs to be lit again. Waking up to a extremely cold home and no hot water to shower in when you have to be to work in an hour is a huge inconvenience and it has happened too many times, and has happened after the hot water heater was replaced. However, I appreciate them replacing the old hot water heater, as it hasn't been an issue AS much as it was. On top of this, gas is SO EXPENSIVE! We came from a neighborhood that was electric everything. The hot water heater uses gas for just about everything. The gas bill is constantly high, even if the heat is on low because it is also used for the dryer, hot water, and cooking appliances. On top of your electric bill, your gas bill will be atleast $100-$180 more, just for simple usage around the unit. Paying $300 for a one bedroom home for gas & electric is absolutely ridiculous. I gave three stars because I appreciate how professional the staff is. I like living there minus all of the issues we have had. But the issues, plus the high gas bill every month deters us from wanting to live here any longer. The apartments are pretty nice. Only some are "luxury", but overall it is a pretty nice & safe neighborhood. Live here if you have a high budget for rent, utilities & water, as you will need a pretty high budget.
Property Manager at The Apartments at Cambridge Court, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review. You are absolutely right that you should not have had service issues at time of move in and, for that, I sincerely apologize. My understanding is that your dryer and hot water heater issues have been resolved, with the brief exception of your pilot going out in this past weekend's exceptionally high winds. Re: your gas bill, the excessively cold temperatures this Winter, undoubtedly, effected your bill and since you moved in in December, you don't yet have another point of reference. I think you'll find some relief with warmer temperatures. I hope with the passing of time, you will continue to enjoy the community and begin to see greater value to living here. We will strive to do our part. Thank you for the candid feedback as it only gives us the opportunity to improve.
The Price and the Product: The management company lures prospective residents with great move in specials. I initially signed my lease well below market average rent with a $99 security deposit. Utilities are separate, as most communities. The electric bill is reasonable. Unfortunately, this is community has a Comcast monopoly- it is what it is. My biggest gripe has been water- you will pay a water bill that makes Baltimore City look affordable, and no one will be able to explain why it is so high. I have heard everything from "it's a commercial rate" "it's a city rate" "It's an allocated rate" I have given up trying to understand this bill. Just be aware, 2 people, with reasonable use will pay about $50 a month. As I mentioned, year one rent and overall cost to live there, not so bad. Prepare for sticker shock year two. First of all, we did not get our renewal letter and rate until 2 weeks before we would have to give notice on our lease. Industry standard is to provide these notices at least 60 days before the automatic renewal. The increase was 8% more than what we were paying. On top of that, we were to be charged an additional $25 a month for trash. After about a week of arguing, I was able to negotiate this increase to about 5% (industry standard rent increases are about 3%), however with the monthly trash rate, we were still paying about $100 more than when we signed our lease. Again, don't get me wrong, the unit's themselves aren't bad, but they certainly aren't luxury as they are advertised. We have builder's grade carpet, well-loved builders grade cabinets, and builder's grade paint. You will also hear every sound, every step and smell everything your neighbor cooks and smokes. Based on the current price, they are certainly not worth the money. I could tolerate a lot of the community's shortcomings if only they had a decent staff. In the 2 short years I have lived here, the community has had 3 property managers each more inefficient than the last. Paperwork will be lost, you will receive contradictory information, and you will receive no follow up on questions or concerns. There is no sense of accountability. It seems to me that the office motto is "ignore it until it disappears". Very few have been pleasant to deal with. I actually had a leasing agent scold (yes, scold--- I'm in my 30's not a pleasant experience) for correcting my lease renewal because the rate was incorrect. My advice, be persistent, get everything in writing.
Great view, i must say when i was young i would always explore around white marsh mall and plaza. While making my rounds i would see these beautiful apartments, touching the sky and then i decided to take a trip to them. Now, here I am living in this amazing place with the best view.
The maintenance staff do a great job maintaining the grounds and the apartments, as well as responding to requests as needed. The neighborhood has a pool, playground, fitness center, and is a great place for walking. Pet friendly neighborhood as well. There is also a good variety of floor plans to suit your needs.
I love this place! The kitchen is open with a breakfast bar, dark wood cabinets, marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms are large and recently updated as well. The livingroom, diningroom and bedrooms are spacious. And the closets are so huge you can sleep in there! I also love the pool, gym and we'll kept grounds. Finally, it is located just around the corner from the mall and avenue!
The complex, grounds and amenities are beautifully maintained. The community is relatively quiet and enjoyable. My only complaints are that the leasing office staff is somewhat disorganized in maintaining their records and the third party they outsource their water bill to charges double the county rate.
The area in which I live is quiet, well maintained, has a large pool, and a playground of which my grandsons love when they come over. I like this area because it has less crime, you can walk around at night with no worries and feel safe, your neighbors are friendly and the kids are respectful. Also, my building is secure and has an elevator in it and if your not home your packages can be left there with no one stealing them. That's a huge plus. I truly would recommend this place for living.
